The Jenn - Air electric double oven is disappointing. The doors leave a gap when closed allowing heat to escape. Roasting or baking always takes 10 - 15 more time to cook than recommended by the recipe. The automatic cleaning does work well....

Thanks Sears, and the lovely salespeople who helped us to decide. Yes, there was more than one floorperson who helped out. Very professional, knowledgeable, and didn't take my -very harsh critiscisms/questions to heart. I've always been a hard customer to please, however, they certainly did it with the Jenn-Air. I wish we had gotten into one sooner. Up until we bought one, my wife was not a baker. Now, she is adding recipe after recipe to her list of 'cook-a-bles'. For her, she couldn't even do a simple cornbread - believe it, or not. Now the Jenn-Air does all the hard work for her. Was a nice clean install by the installers, Sears sent out a great crew! I was a bit unsure about the bare electric cords, and didn't want to burn down the house. The Sears professionals can be relied on. (No I don't work for Sears) We have the oven/microwave combo, and If you need a good oven/microwave combo, give the Jenn-Air a look. If you get one, you will wonder why you didn't......

We've had the Jenn Air Convection Oven for over a year and are very happy with it.

The convection feature decreases cooking time and cooks the items evenly. I love the multitude of options depending on what is being baked/roasted etc.

The fan does continue to work even when the oven is turned off for cooling the unit down.

My mom has a Kitchen Aid and this oven does a better job!

We installed our new Jenn-Air Electric Double oven and it's great. What a difference from our old stove/oven combination. It heats up quickly and when it's turned off the fan runs until the oven is cooled down. It bakes even and has all the bells and whistles you'd expect from Jenn-Air. I'm sure if you purchase this double oven you won't be disappointed!...

Ok, so I bought this double oven, convection thinking it was going to be the greatest thing since sliced bread. Perhaps I just do not get the concept - it seems to cook my food much slower than any receipe calls for. Most of the time my food is not fully cooked and it takes longer than a regular over....

This oven has has been repaired twice and still doesn't cook properly. The store which I bought it from, Dan's Maytag in Salt Lake, has terrible customer service, too! I wish I would have stuck with my Kenmore. Jenn Air has terrible quality. NOT happy at all...
