Small enough to carry around.  The LCD monitor is able to be rotated to view at just the right angle.  It uses mini DV cassettes which are at a great price.  I received an ac adapter to charge the battery, which lasts for 90 minutes on a full charge.</p><p>It is a great digital video Cam, easy to use and affordable.</p><p> </p>... It even works in low light. I have taken video of a birthday party using just the light from the candles and the birthday boy was not that old!</p><p>This camera is lightweight and compact. Both of those features are important to my wife because she has post polio syndrome and has limited shoulder muscle strength. </p><p>The picture quality is superb! Even I can take decent video and I am usually a clutz with moving cameras.</p><p>The features of this digital video camera are comparable to much more expensive models. The mini DV discs are not very expensive and an optional 4 hour battery give lots of film time on one charge.</p><p>The JVC battery charger is available as an option but I got a universal battery charger from a store called Batteries Plus for less than $30.00. </p><p> </p>...
