I had to wear taped up glasses for 4 weeks because the ones ordered from JC Penney Optical on October 12, 2009 were not ready until today, November 5, 2009. Glasses with regular frames, progessive (no line bifocal) and anti-glare on poly carbonite lenses.

Fantastic bargain, everything, half price. $461.00 glasses for $231.00! But if I had known it would take four weeks, I would have found another store.

I paid for my glasses in late July of 2009. It took 4 weeks to get them and when I did, the lens fell out. Waited another 3 weeks (no attempt to expedite the repair from the lab). Finally got them and there was an error with the script (no fault of JCPenny). I have now waited an addition 5 weeks and have not yet recieved my glasses.

JCPenny Optical in Novi has very poor service and a turnaround time that is way too slow. The folks staffing the store are helpfull by the service time at the lab will kill their business.

I DO NOT RECOMMNED USING JCPENNY FOR PURCHASING YOUR GLASSES.

JC Penny is the best when you need LONG jeans!!! I am tall and have a hard time finding jeans that are long enough so I don't even waste my time, I just go to JC Penny's. I also Love the OUTLET store. you can really find some great bargins here!!! This is also where I get my hair done (JC Penny Salon) so I do the Rewards Program and get more discounts. Also you can do the survey from your receipt and get more savings!!!

It is very difficult to judge about the quality of goods. Then their coupons have the way too many exceptions. In the end I am so frastrated that it is easyer for me to buy it someweare else. Their return and exchange policy is not very flexible. Too many if...s and but...s. Otherwords. You think that you are getting a bargin, by the time youy done you pay the hier price just to get out and you all confused and tierd....

I love JC PENNEY, for me shopping on-line is what I like best. I watch for sales,free-shipping, JCP rewards and I get certificates threw out the year to use on line,too! I've been to stores in the past, but with the economy it's safer to shop on line. People are stealing from people and that all I see on the news! I'll pay ship-n-handling gladly, I do recommend this store my experiences with JCP.com are pleasent!...

I bought items for my twin daughters at jcp.com. They have the best sales, but most of all, they have free shipping!!!! I don't know what it is about shipping prices, but I definitely get a rush when I don't have to pay shipping. I went American Living Eagle crazy and bought jeans for my girls and hoodies. They have a great selection of clearance items most of the time. My girls are sort of picky about what colors they want and JCP always has a great selection of colors. I have found that when JCP is having a nice sale, their prices are better than Wal-Mart prices. They were just right and delivered in a timely manner. Great job, once again, JCP! ...

I love shopping at JCPenney's! They seem to have what I'm looking for at a price I can afford.

I recently bought some new PJ's at Penney's. The t-shirt top is tag-less (love that!) the pants are long (also a must have for me) the material is cotton (my fave!) and the set came with a free matching headband! Who could ask for more?

I have a JCPenney's reward Master Card that I use all the time because you get points when you buy things with it and they actually send you a $10 gift certificate when you reach a thousand points! I don't have to request anything or make any calls they just send it to me.

The best towels I ever bought were from Penney's, they have out lasted my Polo towels by years.

If you're looking for great deals, JC Penney does have them online, if you search. I recently purchased bedding set ("Daphne" bed in bag) for my daughter online. It was on sale, plus I had a coupon code for 20% more off. Additionally, I had it shipped to my local store, which saved me a lot more $$ on shipping costs. So if you're searching for bargains, look for things on sale that you can combine with a coupon code. In all, it was cheaper than a lesser product at walmart....
