      <description>&lt;p&gt;One sorry company they take huge advantage of their so called &quot;contractors&quot;&#160; Did you know that your service installer may not have even been paid for the work they preformed @ your home---Wow in the form of &quot;Chargebacks&quot;&#160; Insight &quot;steals&quot; money back from their installers even if your service works properly they may come up with a bogus charge possibly due to a typo on your internet test or failed test call on your phone, your service may work great, and you may pay your bill for 10 years but this company may not even pay to have your service installed.&#160; They are nothing but low life corporate theives, also remember all prices they give are promotional and will increase yearly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How about that a company that does not pay its installers???&#160; And this is legal??&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have spent 7 hours in the last two days dealing with these Insight. I guess the commercials are a sad excuse at a marketing ploy - you obviously don't practice it. I called to have my digital tv switched to cable. It took 3 hours - mostly on hold - to accomplish this change. The next day - my tv did not work at all. I called and spent 2 hours on hold because they wanted to come out on Monday to fix it&#160; - something I don't have time for.&#160; Apparently they turned everything off. I asked to speak to a manager. Again - on hold. Finally she came back and told me I was on the &quot;call back list&quot;, because the manager was busy. After 30minutes, I called again. This time I was told the manager was having computer problems and would call me within the hour. I waited 1.5hours before calling again. This time, I was told the manager was (still) busy. I demanded to speak to the manager's boss. Miraculously, the manager appeared. I explained my frustrations: the ongoing issue with my tv, ridiculous hold...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I really used to hate it when my cable tv service went out. First and foremost, I couldn't watch anything, but then there was the inevitable phone call from hell to Insight; &quot;all of our customer service representatives are busy at this time. Your call is important to us, so please stay on the line.&quot; Thirty minutes later (no joke, and thank Microsoft for solitaire!) I would get a live person. And there were several times that I was the first person in my area to call, so, &quot;Hmmmm, the outage must be at&#160;your house only. We'll have to send a repair person out. Will someone be home between the hours of 8AM and 2PM on Thursday (I'm calling on Tuesday and I've checked with neighbors; their cable is out, too, but the rep has to have another verified caller)?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;That was then, this is now. First (and I know I'm jinxing myself), I haven't had an outage that was due to Insight, or something they didn't already know about,&#160;in over&#160;two years. The last time I called to report a problem I was on hold for...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>The price is good if you get more than one service.&#160; There are lots of channels and the music stations are really great.&#160; My only beef is that they don't have enough HD channels (you must pay extra for them, but the major network are free).... </description>

      <description>I have the entire Insight bundle with cable phone, internet and HDTV.&#160; It very rarely goes out and is very dependable and reliable.&#160; Customer service is also very friendly and willing to listen and try to solve all of your problems or concerns.&#160; The main drawback to this service is the very limited HD channels, and the ones offered are bundled in a way that makes them priced higher than they should be.&#160; If you have a cable card, as I do, you would expect to receive all the HD cable channels available, but Insight has them packaged so that any that are not national broadcast channels, costs more each month.&#160; The reality is that even the bundles that are extra, are only about five channels, not worth the cost.&#160; Insight needs more HD channels period.... </description>

      <description>Insight Communications is our only cable alternative to satellite TV here.&#160; They have a wide range of channels, but the basic package is very limited.&#160; You &quot;basically&quot; get your local stations with better reception.&#160; This industry definitely needs competition!... </description>
