Was a very surprising movie.. Indiana Jones of course had aged a little which is totally cool I mean who doesn't age? It was awesome that they brought the women back from the first one give you props on that! Indiana was still spunky and still knew how to whip his whip but aliens are you kidding me??? It threw me off some expecting it too just be non stop action for some hidden treasure which it still was but with a Sci-fi twist. Me personally I don't like Sci-fi so I was a little disapointed but if you r a Sci-fi buff you won't mind it but then again who knows! Have fun! ... The great point about the movie was bringing back some of Indies past acquaintances. It was nice to see Markus and Marion again. The movie had suspense and surprise which I find good in an action movie. The only con to the movie that I had was certain scenes like for instance, the monkeys and Indies son swinging through the jungle. It was a little on what I would call the corny side. Overall I was glad to have watched it and would see it again.... Wed, 21 Jan 2009 19:31:56 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Indiana-Jones-and-the-Kingdom-of-the-Crystal-Skull-review-e57a2 SkeletalWarrior1 4 http://www.viewpoints.com/Indiana-Jones-and-the-Kingdom-of-the-Crystal-Skull-review-ee3b3 I was sorely disappointed that this was the best that they had to offer after such an extended absense on the Indy scene. <br/><br/>I'm fine with mystical and fantasy touching on my Indiana Jones but there was just too many holes in this story for me.<br/><br/>Example:  At the start of the scene we see the caravan following a great vehicle cutting swaths through the jungle to make a road.... which immediately is fogotten as suddenly there are multiple roads for them to have a side by side caravan fight swinging through trees and leaping from one car across to the next... ugh!<br/><br/>And while Indy has always gotten himself into some incredible situations full of traps.... the scene where suddenly the MONKEYS are joining the fight after all swinging through trees on vines ala-Tarzan... and of course wild animals only attack "bad guys" is just more impossible than I'm willing to accept. <br/><br/>Disapointed :(<br/>... I got it on Black Friday for $ 13.00. I started watching it with my husband before we went to bed and I fell asleep watching it. I gave it a second try the next night but I still thought it stunk. It was definitely not as good as the other Indy movies. I have the whole collection and have watched them all several times. It had aliens in it which I thought was a little crazy and stupid....
