While attending a Weight Watchers meeting, one of my fellow lifestyle changers stated she just "loved" the Hungry Girl website. After looking at the website and searching for different meals, I found most were made for one servings. Thats really great since I am cooking just for myself. Her recipes are easy and low cal and delicious. I have recommended this website to many people and most everyone agrees with me that it is an awesome site for great recipes and many tips for health conscious people.

I have subscribed to this site for years and love it. She gives lots of recipes and includes the Weight Watchers points, which is good if you belong to Weight Watchers. She gives reviews on her favorite and least favorite choices at the supermarket. She has helped create recipes for the Vitamuffin website and periodically has a code for free shipping on the vitamuffin website. I highly recommend this site to anyone who is either watching what they eat for health purposes or to lose weight. It is the best.

This site is great for quick and easy "what's new" in diet foods, healthy recipes for everyday foods that ACTUALLY taste good - amazing, and for practical advice on what really is worth buying in the diet section of the grocery store - and what's not. I haven't seen another site that actually says "don't buy this unless you like eating cardboard - the taste is terrible." I'm glad they are honest and they have quick easy-to-read tips and ideas. ...

I've subscribed to this website and email for as long as I've known about it. I even have a folder in my email box where I keep every HG newsletter and email. I've been eating VERY healthy for 12 years, so some of the advice is old hat to me, but it's always good to be reminded that eating right doesn't have to be hard or boring. Long live HG!...

I am quite a religious weight watchers follower, and therefore i am always looking for new foods, hints, treats, etc. I heard about the HungryGirl website from a friend, and it truly is life altering... You can sign up to get the daily newsletters, and they come monday thru friday. They give great tips, recipes, new product info, etc. And they tell you the points value of everything!!!! I have learned about many of my favorite snacks from them. They are brutally honest and dead on with their product reviews. It is one of the highlights of my day to read their website.
