It is gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable  and pretty, and the beds are so comfortable..... I love their public spaces; their restaurant turns into a beautiful breakfast bar, and the lobby is great for east side people watching.<br/><br/>The service is unfailingly gracious and any request was granted with grace  and effectiveness.  Everything is brand new, and I especially loved the ladies rooms!  Check out the mosaics!<br/><br/><br/><br/>... Staff was polite, well informed, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great brunch (not free but convenient and hiqh quality) on mezzanine level. Rooms were  a bit small but very clean and quiet. There were three weddings that weekend and we did not hear a word or see any loud revelers in the lobby.Great neighborhood for walking, close to Bryan Park which is quite charming. Part of the Oceana chain but much better than the Santa Barbara site, believe it or not!!...
