searchshopper says "Best toy ever" about Hot Wheels Diecast cars

This is the best toy ever made- once I learned that my 5 year old son would not take his eyes off of his cars to do some learning games I just used the cars for a math game.

We count the cars- make math problems with them: "If you have 5 police cars and 2 get called out on a 911 call, how many are left?"

It has really improved his math skills- I have even used this idea with a 1st grader I tutor.

They are fairly inexpensive treats for good behavior. At about a dollar a piece it is a great way to buy for other children without breaking the bank.

They are sturdy and timeless- and don't for get the girls my daughter likes them too!

Our local sheriff's office gives them out to children in need - so when you buy for your kids get a few extra and donate to a cop you know or take them to the Sheriff's office.
...

ashes03 says "Great for all ages" about Hot Wheels Diecast cars

Hotwheels are awesome! They are great for any age. My three year old loves them and they are a cheap little treat when he is being good. My husband also loves them and keeps them in the box for collecters. Hotwheels makes all brands (and colors) so it is easy to find a spacific vehicle that you're looking for. Also they keep their value, you can always resale them at yard sales or ebay and make your money back. Love them!...

Hey Moms and Dads,If you are looking for an affordable hobbie think about Hot Wheels they have been around for forty years, they where introduced in 1968..My grandson moved in with me almost three years ago and it seemed like every time we went to the store he wanted another hot wheel at $1.00 how can you say no...My friend was a collector and every time we went to her house he was so amazed at how many she had..like a kid in a candy store at 5 years old he wanted to open all of them, she told him if he would leave it in the package she would give him one, that's all it took! If you can find hot wheels today from 1968 they are worth a lot of money. We bought a few price guides at the book store I have got a lot of hot wheels off of ebay, mint and still in the original package, you can find them at tag sales, and just about any store you walk in...Remember this they still cost $1.00 if you leave them in the package as soon as you walk out of the store the value is $3.00 but wait it gets even better......
