I am a massage therapist and hot stone massages are one of the most relaxing and rehabilitating massages you can get! They are wonderful for working out tight muscles, especially in your neck and back. But if you are somebody who uses a lot of forearm in your job every day, this is so great. (I am thinking about mechanics, construction workers etc.) However, this is not something you would do if you are sensitive to heat, diabetic or pregnant. ...

Do you like hot baths? Hot tubs? Warm water? If so, you need to sign up for a hot stone massage. Now! <p>Don't be afraid. Hot stone massages aren't what you think.
