Hot Pockets Panini in general are great for my son to take on the way to college. Since he is always late getting out the door to class these little time savers are quick and filling especially on cold winter days. So far his favorite is the Panini Steak and Cheddar however he enjoys all the Panini products. He still loves all the Hot Pocket sandwichs yet he found the Panini line not to be as messy as the others for when he really must run out the door. My son isn't the only one in the home who enjoys them, I love 'em too! Plus they are easy to keep on hand in the freezer for when my grandchildren come over to stay for the weekend....

There is very little truth in advertising, and this is ever so glaring in food advertising. For example, when was the last time you got a sandwich from Subway that actually looked anything like the ones on the television and print advertisements? Me; never! And so it is too with pictures on the box of any frozen food product. The picture promises so much, but the actual food product more-often-than-not fails to deliver.

Such is the case with the new (Nestle) Hot Pockets Panini Steak & Cheddar product, which is supposed to be a tasty amalgam of "Seasoned cooked beef steak, cheese & roasted onions with sauce in an onion Focaccia bread." Funny how the product failed to taste anything like the forgoing; in fact there was hardly any taste at all.

Like most, if not all Hot Pocket products the new Panini Steak & Cheddar sandwich can be found in the frozen food aisle. The product boasts that it is an "Excellent Source of Calcium and serves up a scant 0 grams of Trans Fat per serving....
...
