Hoover Floormate is a great time saver. I can mop and dry my floors in a fraction of the time it took to mop. It also doubles as a wet/dry vac if you need it. My only complaint is that it doesn't hold a lot of water and you have to empty it more often than I would like.

Hoover Floormate make hard floor cleaning fast & easy. Dirty water never touches the floor and you can clean and vacuum at the same time. I love this product and would highly recommend!

The Hoover spin scrub floormate does a good job on various types of carpet. This machine cleans stains and spots with ease. For the price, this machine does a very good job. I have had other carpet cleaners, but hoover spin scrub is the best one yet. It has strong brushing action, and very powerful suction. The weight of the hoover is light enough for wife to use, and she enjoys it very much. I like it because it is a wet and dry Hoover carpet shampoo machine. I would refer to Friends and Family, with the experience i have had with my Hoover.

I have hardwood and tile floors. In the past I brought out the vacuum then the mop to clean. The idea of combining both into one was very appealing. The second time I used it one of the two latches that hold the "nozzle" in place broke off. I tried to fix the latch but that wasn't going to happen. I was able to hold things together with a rubber band to finish the job. I emailed the company about the problem and they emailed me a link to find a repair center near me. They don't list the nozzle assembly as a replacement part on the web site. I have continued to use the machine with descent results. It has a high profile so it doesn't fit under everything but does fit easily under toe kick of cabinets and lays flat enough to go under bed and dresser. It has a separate brush for tile and grout. In my small bathroom it is too large to fit in small spaces around toilet so I don't even bother with it in there. It does a good job of cleaning the floors. Although I am not excited about its construction...

This machine is wonderful. It serves as a broom on hardwood floors as well as linoleum. It also serves as a wet cle.aner for either floor surface, wood or linoleum. You purchase the appropriate cleaner for the desired surface you wish to clean and it in one stroke washes, rinses and dries the area. I have had mine for at least five years, it has required no maintenance and still performs as well as it did the first time I used it. I would recommend this to anyone who has back trouble or arthritis as it makes cleaning floors so easy without having to stoop or bend over to pick up swept up items or drying areas that may be slow to dry, etc....

When we bought our new house we added ceramic tile throughout the entire house. Then I realized I was going to have to come up with a quick cleaning method as I work 50+ hours a week. My husband found the Hoover Hard Surface cleaner at Best Buy. We love it! It's great for quick fixes or major house cleaning days!

I have two very large dogs -- an Australian Shepherd and a German Shepherd -- whose main goal in life is to track mud and dirt into my house. I realize that this sounds dramatic, but this wet vac has saved my sanity. I use it every single morning in my kitchen and back door areas.

It is so easy to use. The cleaning fluid and water are easy to put in and the dirty water container is easy to empty. The vac has 3 settings: dry pick-up, wash, and wet pick-up. I always use my regular vacuum first because the dry pick-up setting doesn't work very well. But after that, I use this wet vac to easily wash my tile floors and then pick up all of the water and dirt.

Unlike the swiffer that I previously used, this vac actually picks up the dirt the first time instead of just spreading it around. I also like that I can use as much cleaner fluid as I like without having to worry about mopping it all up again. I'm sure if your house isn't as dirty as mine, plain water would also work well....
