<p>This was my first brand new car. I have always driven Volvos and Toyotas so I had high standards for a car with long life, good gas mileage and fun to drive. I comparison shopped against the Toyota Yaris, Toyota Prius and the Nissan Versa. I found that almost all of the upgrades I wanted in a car were automatically included in the Honda Fit, like electric windows and locks, rear windshield wipers, anti-lock breaks and an automatic. I did opt for a couple of upgrades like the Ipod adapter and the trunk cover for inside the hatchback. Also, at the time a lot of colors were hard to come by so I go black interior, silver paint, which turned out to be great in terms of hiding dirt. The sheer amound of stuff you can fit in this car is amazing and the gas mileage rocks. The only draw backs are no cruise control and it isn't always the zippiest on the highway at least with the initial pickup. All in all I couldn't be happier with my little Honda Fit.</p>...

The gas mileage is a huge plus. There's lots of room for little custom jobs like exhaust, intake, header, throttle. It's a great little car that doesn't look like much but it's got some get up and go to it....

This car is great for those that are looking for a practical car, but still have that sporty look. I sold my mustang and purchased this car a year ago and thought that I would never be as happy as I was with my mustang. After driving the Fit for few months I grew to like it more then I liked the Mustang. Not only can you purchase it at a great price, but the money you will save on gas with this car is more than satisfying. I recommend this car to everyone and anyone who asks me about it....

<p>I have a 2007 Honda Fit for the Last year. I've already put 50,000 miles on it but I have yet to have any problems. The only thing I've had to do is change my oil and buy new tires. I drive this car between 80-100 miles 5 days a week and its extremely comfortable. I basically live in that car. It also has an amazing amount of space in the back when the back seats are folded down flat. I fit a twin sized headboard, footboard, and bed side table back there.</p>...

jacksan1 says "Utility, Economy, Reliability - If you want these, this is it" about Honda Fit - 2007

Our 2007 Fit Sport (AT) now has almost 40,000 miles. It has averaged 32.2 MPG during this time, with a clean 50/50 split between pure city (large city urban traffic) and highway driving. We get upper 38-39 MPG when the majority of driving is on highway. The car has been rock solid in terms of reliability as well, and it feels and drives as if we bought it yesterday. <br/><br/>There are many reviews about the Honda Fit that you can locate online, so I will not say too much. What we particularly enjoy doing with our Fit is to surprise people by showing how much it can carry. We have helped many people with their moves, and when we show up in our Fit, people often look at it and look disappointed, or worse, upset. You could just read their minds: "How dare they show up in such a small car when we are moving. Can't carry anything!"<br/><br/>It's when we flip down the Magic Seats and open the hatchgate people's jaws drop, and when the Fit swallows all that stuff people become mesmerized. "Boy, this thing can carry......

I bought this car back in October and couldn't be happier. I love smaller cars, and this one is small, but has so much room at the same time. My mom drives a Civic, and she's jealous of how big the back is. <br/>The only drawback that I've found is that it does not "get-up-and-go" as fast as other cars, but I'm not surprised considering the engine size. And besides, if it did move faster then the gas mileage wouldn't be that great. <br/>It's comfortable sitting in it, and my boyfriend, who's 6'1" has no problem sitting upright and still has room over his head....

I bought my Honda Fit last month and love it. It's a great looking car, easy to drive and fun to drive. The gas milage is outstanding, just made a trip to Fort Worth in it and used 1/2 a tank of gas less than in the Toyoa Crol. I had.I drive alot all over town delivering Avon so gas milage is very important to me.My Fit is a small car but has plenty of room for myself and several passagers plus all my Avon. I call it a mini suv....

This is great little car with lots of interior room inside. The back seats each fold back and up into itself. This creats lots of room for taller items to fit in this car. It is also a fun car to drive, at a good price. I bought the sport model in the orange metalic color. It is a great color, not brash looking, and easy to spot in a parking lot....

The Honda Fit is a fantastic car for the environmentally conscious individual on a tight budget. My monthly gas expenses have been cut by half since I sold my SUV and purchased the Fit. It is also extremely fun to drive and has loads of cargo space. As a part of my job, I sometimes have to haul lumber and the Fit can easily accommodate up to 8' in length. It's still a new car so there aren't any maintenance problems to report but I have heard only great things about Honda so I'm not expecting large bills there, either. ...
