I don't have this exact model Civic. I have a 2002 Honda Civic Si - the hatchback. It's such a fun car! The coolest thing is the gear shifter (I drive a 5-speed) is up on the dash! Not down between the two seats! I always get SO many compliments on it. There's a million different things you can do to a Honda too! And it gets good gas mileage - I average about 28-30 MPG in town. This is a 'sporty' version (the Si), so it has really comfortable bucket seats in it. I love how everything matches in the interior - the steering wheel, gear shifter, and seats are black with red stitching - so it matches the red honda emblem on the outside perfect! It's fun to drive on curvy roads - it definately knows how to handle them! It looks small on the outside - but just sit in the back! There's SO much room! And the trunk/hatch area is HUGE! I love how it comes with a cover over it - so someone can't just look through the back glass and see everything you have back there. Very convenient! There's just...
...

that's what another driver of this car said to me the other day and i have to agree. its a great little zoomer and after 7 yrs with proper maintenance, still maintains the factory quoted mileage/gallon. comfortable enough ride that we've taken it once from Chicago to Pittsburgh, over 20 times b/w Chicago and St. Louis, and twice to Atlanta from St. Louis. though i didnt like it at first, i must say i've grown to love it....

This car has been my baby. It is so good to me. I am a college student so I have limited income because I have less time to work so I have economically conscious.

People I know envy my car. I have had no BIG problems with it but I have had a few wear and tear problems. I just hit 90,000 miles. It usually gets 30-32 MPG. I usually drive it on the highway and I know it starts shaking at 80-90 mph but practically when do you need a car to go that fast? The car has a beautiful shape and color. Automatic doors, windows, and sunroof the usual :-P.

The only reason I have thought it would be nice to have a bigger car is when the winter hits and well lake effect in WNY and a honda civic don't get along. I always keep a shovel in my car during the winter, but it is part of living in the area. The car can fit 4 comfortably and 5 if needed. The back seat in the sedan is spacious I have brought all my things to college in that car so even though you wouldn't think it you can fit......

Hondas are great cars. As long as you take care of them (regular oil changes, etc.), they last forever. I rarely have problems with my car. I get great gas mileage--better than 30 miles per gallon. Accords are roomy and have a good size trunk. They're safe and dependable and are always rated well by Consumer Reports....

I love this car. It seemed small at first, as I moved from a Toyota Avalon to the Honda Civic coupe, but I love it now that I'm used to it.

It looks just like the one in the picture above, although mine has a spoiler and a sunroof, and it gets more comments about how good it looks than I ever got in a Toyota Avalon or a Toyota Corolla.

When I first bought a 1995 Corolla, it was brand new and I fell in love with Toyota. Subsequently, when I traded up I went with another Toyota, an Avalon. I loved it too. But when I like my Honda now just as well.

It has decent gas mileage, and after the only maintenance I've had to do is tires and oil at the appropriate times, and it runs like a top.
...

I've had this car for 5 years now. Never had any problems with it. It is very reliable. I can't afford to get a new car anytime soon, but I know my trusty civic will last me a long time to come, and I have no worries about keeping it for 5 more years....

I traded in a 1996 Honda Civic DX when I purchased my 2002 Civic EX. The EX comes with the Vtec engine, giving you a bit more power. An optional 6-disc CD changer fits right under the stock stereo, which is also a CD player giving me 7 CDs to choose from at any given time. I took this car on a road trip with 3 other guys and we flirted with 400 miles on each tank of gas. I have broke the 400 mark a few times and have never put more than 12 gallons of gas in the tank. I believe it holds 13.3 gallons. In the summer I average 30 miles/gallon and when it is cold I get around 25 (drive in Chicago). The power moon roof is great. I am 6'1 and fit comfortably in every seat although the back seat can make you feel a bit cramped. This is probably true of most, if not all, coupes. The trunk is a good size. Easily holds a playpen and big stroller. ...
