High School Musical is a fun and active movie. My children love it. They would watch it every day if I would allow it. We own all of the movies. I even enjoy watching it with my children.

It's not as good as Grease or Grease 2 but you have to hand it to the new generation of musicals. These young musicians are great at singing dancing, and even acting. High School Musical (all 3 movies) is a great flick for children of all ages as well as adults.

I do have to admit the high school love story gets a little old and corny in each movie. It's frustrating to have the same characters in the similar situation. Make it very predictable.

I would still recommend this movie to anyone I know. I also own the first and second movie and waiting for the thrid to come on DVD.

I am a 30+ year old, and I still enjoyed this movie! While the plot is predictable, the songs are catchy and fun. You'll enjoy watching this with your kids!...

This movie is excellent. It is something you can watch with your kids. There is nothing bad in it and it has a great message. YOu should definitly see High School Musical if you havent yet....

High School Musical was made for kids by Disney, but as an adult I really loved it. The singing and dancing makes it a happy movie, and it has a great cast. The premise of the movie is sort of a play on the old time Grease in which a high school star falls for a normal girl during the summer and when they realize they go to the same school, feelings change. Troy (Zac Efron) is the basketball star who falls in love with Gabriella. In their way is the cost of popularity as well as the school snobs Ryan and Sharpay. The movie is filled with love, laughter and lots of singing and dancing. I love the entire cast and it is great for everyone in the entire family. This is a feel good Disney movie that everyone will love....

Disney diffently knew what they were doing when they made High School Musical. My whole family loved it. I grew up with Grease and now my kids have this. I can't wait to see part 3.

When I first heard of this musical, I was not sure about a movie dealing with teens. However, after all the shows that are now being shown on television with everyone under 18 years of age, sleeping around with each other and without protection in most cases. In the movie it shows great passion, school spirit, competion between the students and how being the better person out weighs the most conceded students. In the movie, they all iend up at the end, friends and able to support each other in all situations. I highly recommend this movie to all preteens and teens. It is clean, represents how relationships come and go and how those who try to work against you, usually come out on the bad end of the situation....

The Movie, High School Musical, was very fun for both myself, and my child to watch. The exciting and interesting story line held our attention from beginning to end. The Musical numbers were an added bonus. The tunes were very catchy and made my child and I want to sing and dance together. This was a great family movie to watch, and made us excited to see the sequels. ...

When I heard it was 1st going to come on I decided not to watch it..but once it came on I couldn't seem to change the channel

all and all it was an ok movie..

I may be 24 years old But, i love the musicals they are coming out with these days. High school musical 1 and 2 were great. I sat down and got right into these movies with my daughter, who is 4. We sing the songs and do the dances in our living room.

These movies are educational and fun at the same time. My daughter has goting right into it with singing along and bebopping with sharpe, good times. Personally, i think that these movies prtray good friendships, relationships, and trust. They send messages to the younger generaion. Of how to be and how not to be in a good sense.

i suggest these movies to anyone. their upbeat and just fun to get into. i liked the actors, i thought the dancing and singing seens were the best.
