HIgh Noon was about 3 half sisters who had to live a year on a ranch with the father. Only one of them could deal with the situation. It's was another of her stories filled with suspense and murder. All of them need to learn to cope and solve all they're problems to go on with life. All the troubles help to bring them together and they learn to defend each other as a family. It always reminds you how good your family life is after reading they're problems and seeing them working through them....

I have always been a fan of Nora Robert's books as long as I can remember. And High Noon did not disappoint. Each time I read one of Ms. Robert's books, I feel as if I am part of the story and can clearly picture what she says with her words. I can't wait to read the next one!!...

Hostage negotiator Lieutenant Phoebe MacNamara knew at a young age what she was good at, she had seen it from the hostage point of view. Years of dedication put her on the top, and to some, a women should not be in that positon. The personal attack she found herself in made her consider all of the people in her life, her new guy Duncan Swift, she had met him just after talking one of his former employees off the ledge, her agoraphobic mother, who had refused to leave the house even though that long ago monster had been dealt with, and her daughter, that lovely seven year old. Phoebe has the strength of will, but will she find the right tactic before everything she has ever wanted is taken from her?

This story is really good, it has a lot of twists, some of them expected and some of them just great. I always enjoy Nora Roberts as a romance writer, she has added a lot of the thriller/suspense to this book that was fabulous to see mixed in. ...

this book as everyone of her books is exceptional she is always drawing you in with these stories makes you feel like you are really in the story. so far i have not found a book that she has wrote to be anything but fantastic.awesome very good...

I started this and couldn't put it down for the life of me! I highly recommend this book to anyone who not only loves to read but also loves suprises and material that is't easy to figure out on your own. I'm still talking about it with all my friends, hopefully they'll enjoy Nora Roberts as much as I do....

High noon is one of Nora Roberts, book it keep you goin the hold time. I stay up all night , miss a few meal, and even miss a dr. appt You just can sit down read for little while, or time your self.I have never read story line like this. Or a movies, it keep one,turning page after after page in a hurry. there were place that you didn' want to turn.Things are for every keep changing ....

From the first page Phoebe reaches out and grabs you. I read it just sitting by the pool with my boys. It kept me wondering who and why they were after Phoebe. Nora Roberts is a master story teller. I enjoy all of her books. This one was very good. I really enjoyed it. I encourge people who like thrillers and suspense to give this a try....

I loved these characters from the first page. I love Nora Roberts, but I'll be honest and say that she does tend to use the same basic characters in every book with small differences between them. In this book, she was actually different. The plot was great the whole book....

I love anything by Nora Roberts, but this book is really fantastic. I only read at bedtime but I lost a lot of sleep with this one. I couldn't put it down. I would recomend this book to anyone who likes to read but be prepared to read nonstop....

This book kept me hooked right from the start. As the mom of a ten month old it is had to find the time to read a whole book straight through but i couldn't help with this one . The people in this story are the ones that you feel like you have known all along. Perfect story for the coming months. Just grab a comfortable spot and enjoy....
