I got to customize my computer the way I want. Hp allows you to customize a PC for the way you want to instead of just getting something in a box, you outgrow quickly with memory, games card, so on and so forth. Go to HP.com and you can choose to receive something in a box or choose to customize it. If you are working with a budget, you have the option to upgrade on something or receive the "included" price. I received my new computer quickly. This is now my 5th Pc that I have bought from them, and I am a loyal fan of their products. They are all high quality materials built to last. I believe that HP builds to higher standards and build their PC's so next year it will not be obsolete. If you need HP technical help, they are absolutely awesome. They go above and beyond helping you resolve your problem. I would very highly recommend HP just simply because of the quality of not just their pc's, but also of their calculators that have always been ahead of the game.

This is a really good product. Hewlett Packard has some of the best reliable laptops in my experience. Excellent Condition. Would love to here more on the warranty. During black sunday their supposed to have good deals at outlet stores like walmart and best buy. Theres gonna be some good deals coming soon. The screen on it looks great. Could use little more sound but nothing that can't be fixed. The design on this laptop is limited which explains the value of the price and in the long run this computer wont let you down. Looking at the next generation laptops right here.

What can I say to a product of made by HP.I have always loved and HP and the name brings challenge and makes others research more to see how they can surpass them.With the Duo Entertainment it has launched more competition within the laptop battle.I love the sound,picture quality,easy keyboard and I am glad they havent tried to change and make typing more difficult like I am not used to MAC keyboards.i'd advise anyone to take out time to check what new feature it has inside,clear sound,picture quality and also how you are easily attracted when it starts to play.I dont need more sound since we a home theatre is made for that.

If you are looking for a laptop that can give you the sound in clear perfection I'd suggest this.And as is with the tradition there is room for improvement and also anotehr feature will be added as well from what I am seeing because there is always something good coming from Hp.

I have had a HP for about 4 years now. I have used other laptops, and always and I do mean always, return to HP. it is the most reliable,best value, on the market { in my opinion} it is really easy to use and understand.

I have a HP Duo2 and love it. I use it for online schooling and home use. It is all I need and my children need. It has enough memory space to keep all my daughter's music and all my pictures.

WE BOUGHT AN ACER AND A HP PAVILLION AT THE SAME TIME. THE ACER HAD TO BE REPAIRED REPEATEDLY AND THEN WAS NOT WORTH REPAIRING AGAIN. IN 3 YEARS WE HAVE HAD ALMOST NO PROBLEM WITH THE HP AND THEY HAVE STOOD BEHIND WHAT WE DID HAVE FOR A PROBLEM

This computer has been a great asset in my daily life. I have been able to play online games,run my web cam,use my messengers,go to my emails, post pictures,work with picture programs. I also enjoy music and radio features and this has it's own cam and mic so you don't have to pack those up seperately to go where ever you want to go.

I use it for family tree work and all the programs I have on my desk top have worked beautifully on this computer as well.

I highly recommend Hewlitt Packard and the Pavillion Core Duo Entrertainment lap top is great for music, movie making, pictures, and all sorts of family oriented features.

I have made some short movies and used the editing features and had alot of fun with that. As a family that has alot of distance between the members it is so nice to remain close through the computer technology that is available with this lap top.

i recently purchased this laptop and have been really impressed with the graphics. I also love the easy and smooth features of the keyboard. My model has a separate 10-key keyboard and I love that too. I also have watched movies on it and the picture is absolutely breathtaking and so clear.

I did have a glitch in the sound system after I had purchased it but HP was great and after running through all my options by email they had me send it back in and it was back to me repaired in about a week. Now it works fine. The sound is not as loud as I expected it to be but when I plug in speakers it works great.

Hewlett Packard Pavilion Core2 Duo Laptop is easy to use, beautiful for gaming.

I like the portability of a laptop. ease of setting up, ease of downloading. Only thing I like better is a cordless mouse, as arthritic fingers and hands don't work so well on a finger pad or roller.

I liked this so well, I also purchased one for my son before her had to go overseas. We have a web cam hookd to bothnow, and the ease of use with that is great. The usb ports are handy, and the media crd slot is handy. WE don't have to worry how to send pics anymore, just take, download and send.

Files are easy to find and use. I am not a computer geek, dont know how to repair them, but find I have not had any problems with this.

My son likes his also, ease to pack, take with you and use where ever there is a wireless you can hook to.

NO battery problem yet, but whan ia m not using it, i keep battery charged, and sign on to it often even if not traveling, just to get updates they send out.

This has been a great laptop with very few problems. My main complaint is that at one point HP had a recall and they needed to fix something on my laptop after windows did an update that left something on my HP hardware incompatible. Yes, I was grateful HP was willing ot fix it for free since it was technically past the warranty date, but I had to mail them my laptop (my only computer) and they said it would be gone for 2-3 weeks and that they would wipe the hard drive clean and restore it to its original state. I had to buy an external hard drive and wait to send it in until I was leaving on a trip over Christmas so I could afford to be without a computer for several weeks. I was disappointed with their customer service. The other problem I've found is that anytime iTunes wants to update itself it erases my DVD drive. It happened enough that I figured out with the online support system how to restore it. Now I can go in and do it myself easily, but its still a pain. I don't know if any...
