I purchased The HP Officejet All-In-One Printer because I had a need to use all the functions on it. It is a printer, scanner, fax and copier. Even though I am just a home user, it has come in handy for so many jobs that I needed to do. It is very user friendly.The instruction are easy to follow for set up and use. I would recommend this product to any everyone. You don't realize how useful it is till you actually use it. I was able to scan all my paper photo's, that tend to fade with time, and put them on CD's. I made copies of all important papers such as wills, etc. And I have found that faxing papers to someone is much easier to do at home than going to some store or library to do. You have all these functions from the comfort at home and you don't have three machines taking up space, just one that does it all. I am very glad that I bought this product.

The HP Officejet 5610 All-in-One is OK. The ink cartridges are expensive and it doesn't like refurbs. I've had better luck with getting a great photo print with older printers.

The hp 5610 is a great printer for home use. It is an all in one printer, copier, fax & scanner. I have had no problems with it. When my old one went out, I purchased another one just like it.

I have had this all in one for about 3 years and it was a great investment. It is a copier, fax, printer and scanner. It was not expensive and hardly ever jams. Great for home or small business use. It is an inkjet, so, if you print a lot, it may not be for you (the ink does not last long is can be costly). I really like this one!

Great printer & copier for the average home usage, fax and scanner work great, too. It is not too large, either, so will fit in an average space. Uses regular paper.

I have owned my Helett Packard office jet 5610 all in one printer for about a year now, and I love it. Helett Packards customer service is wonderful, something went wrong with the Hp office jet 5610 all in one I owned before, so I called Helett Packard and they sent me a brand new one free of charge. They gave me no problems making things right for me. I was very impressed. My Helett Packard office jet 5610 all in one works great. I can make color copies, black and white copies, fax, scan, and print. I personally thing it works alot better than those commercial printers. The Helett Packard office jet 5610 prints wonderfully, you can scan pictures and print them, and they look like they were professionally printed, you can not tell you printed them from home. The color on the Helett Packard office jet 5610 is very vibrant, it also does self maitences, it trouble shoots itself, if you have a power outage it tells you. If you are running low on ink it tells you, if you leave the door open...

The HP Officejet 5610 All in One is a great product. Ilove having the ability to send and receive faxes in my home when I need it. I use the Scanner all the time to scan documents and pictures. And as a Copier the HP Officejet All in One makes beautiful copies in Color and Black and White of all the flyers and posters I use for events.

The ink cartridges for myHP Office Jet 5610 All in One is also less expensive than my old Lexmark printer. It has been one of the best purchases I have ever made.

The HP PSC5610 All-in-One printer is no longer produced -- what you buy will be from stock. If that worries you, get a newer version. If it doesn't worry you, some now available in the $60 range are a steal.

The scan lid isn't strong, but the document feed mitigates the need to use it for many items. It is easy to handle. If the paper fed is consistent, it will hold 25 pages easily.

Print is good enough for most uses. Photos can be tweaked between paper used and resolution selected. Print is consistent. Previous generations of the printer required 24 pound paper -- this iteration works consistently with anything 20 pound or more.

Overall, the printer holds its own. Use other software if you want to really tweak photos, but you would do that anyway.

August 2009 -- Updating to note a glitch with this model. Some people are reporting that the machine will start getting cartridge errors that cannot be rectified by putting in new cartridges. I came upon one recently. HP has no solution,...

This HP Officejet is my favorite of all the HP printers that I have owned. I love all the features such as copy, photo and scanning. The fax features are very easy to use and even my computer challenged husband will use it. I use the copier features quite a bit and so do my friends and neighbors. We live in the country and many of our neighbors come in to use my computer and printer. Everyone was glad when I purchased this one. It prints copies fast and the ink cartridges seem to last longer than my other printers have done. I would recommend this one to everyone who wants an all in one printer that does a great job with copies, photos and everything in general. ...

This all in one printer is great for everyday home office use. I frequently get faxes and it was easy to hook this machine up to receive faxes through my regular phone line using my answering machine. Even with my machine off it still reads the tones and sends the fax through. It is also very easy to send a fax with this machine. The printer is great, it prints very evenly and with great color quality. The cartridges are very easy to change, much easier than other printers that I have used. The copier is likewise very user-friendly. The only feature that I have not had much opportunity to use is the scanner but it seems to work well also.

Not only was my HP PRINTER extreamly reasonably priced it also outlasted two brand new computers -all with daily use. When it finally does die I will certainly buy another ,"HEWLETT PACKARD 5610 ALL IN ONE INKJET PRINTER".

It prints quietly,clearly and the ink goes a long way (even when printing 100's of fliers. However the ink does cost more than anything,but is the only expense needed for many years to come!

HP All-in-One 5610 The program was easy to download and follow the instructions. Setting up the information for phone and rings was real easy. The instructions are easy to follow. Easy, easy easy. What more can I say. The ink cartridges are easy to change. Never had any problems with it. The only thing is would like to see, is the screen on the printer with a back light. I bought a HP Officejet 5610 All-in-One after my mom did. She had done all the research online and determined that this was a reliable, cost-effective printer that served all of her needs (everyday printing, printing quality photos, scanning, faxing). I followed her lead since she had already done the research and we had similar printing needs. For about a month, I was very happy and everything worked well. Then I was suddenly unable to scan. I kept getting a message that my scanning software was not installed properly. (It had worked fine up until then). I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer three times to no avail. My mom had just had the same problem and told me that she had called HP customer service and that they had downloaded some software patch to her computer which fixed the problem. She warned me that she had to call and hang up several times before she spoke with someone whose English she could understand.
