You would think, after less than stellar performances from two prior HP printers, I wouldn't buy another one...but I did. I purchased a HP Photosmart C7280 All-in-one. I print a lot of pictures, and I liked the several different colored ink cartridges. I also do a lot of printing. There has been an ongoing problem with it, ever since I bought it. Tech support people are clueless. I've tried utilizing their services at least three different times; they would just give up. Asking to speak with a supervisor wasn't an option. Can you imagine what a pain it is, to have a message come up saying the printer is offline? This happens every one - three days. That results in my having to uninstall, then reinstall the printer. Since this has been an ongoing problem, I mentioned to tech support, perhaps I could get a replacement printer since this one was still under warrenty. As expected they weren't amenable to that idea. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told they were the supervisor. That...

I have a Hewlett Packard Photosmart Express. I've had it for about a year and a half and haven't had a single problem with it. It's a combination printer, copier and scanner and is very simple to use. It is relatively fast, not very noisy, and quite inexpensive, less than $80.

The only drawback that I've found is that it uses a combination tri-color ink cartridge. If just one of the colors runs out you still have to replace the whole cartridge.

I would consider buying another similar one if I needed a new printer.

this product have given me problem in the past but if you go under hp on you pc ...they have great customer service on line that really can help with anything whenever i ran into a problem i go under hp all in one printer online...when the page pop up it so easy to follow you type in a few thing here and there and what ever the problem is it there you follow the suggestion it provide .. and 9 time out 10 it will solve your problem ..you dont have to be a rocket science to fix your product and its save you money in the long run by trying to fix your problem yourself......so some thing you can do to solve your problem dont give up try resolving it on your own first......

HP Officejet 6310 All - in - One is the latest model I own. I just gave away my new older one cause I hate them so much. We bought only cause we needed the fax thingy for that day and they conveinently out of all the other ones in the Best Buy that we bought it from. It has a mind of it's own and works when it wants to. I have had better luck with this one so far than all the other ones that I have ever owned from HP. It prints good and fast, It faxes but sometimes it gives me that terrible error of can't fax I guess cause document is too big which it isn't, I save my photos from my digital camera that I upload into it and can correct some of em which always seem to look better on my camera than when I upload them where they are too light or too dark, It does copy pretty good though, and last and the biggest complaint that I have on it is that it wants to keep loading the software where it asks for permission and the disk to upload it since it seems to just die every so often. I can't use...

the hewlett packard all in one, photosmart is a great printer. it does it all. it is easy to use for beginers or pros. the photosmart printer is so fast with printing and the quality of the photos are the best! i love the price and the looks of this printer. i wouldn't use another brand or another style printer. why would i?...

I have used all types of printers and brands. I have printed up photos, e-mail, recipes, letter, lists, and etc. also I coped family photos from my Great-grand father and mother and other family members and put put them DVDs for my grandchildren. I have send Faxs. But the best thing is the fact the printer head is in the ink cartridge. The other brand of printers I had where high price and each the head where ruined the printer could not be fixed. With H/P printer you just change the cartridge....

I love this printer. Great quality, sturdy, reliable, easy ink replacement, user-friendly. I love having all-in-one.

I've had it for over a year and a half and have never been disappointed.

The attachments, such as the paper feed, is a little flimsy. I do get more paper jams that I'd like.

I have the HP 4385 Photosmart All-In-One. The color is beautiful. I printed my own greeting cards and they were the best I have printed on any printer I have owned. It prints quietly and quickly. It is very convenient. One you install the installation disk on each computer, you can print wirelessly from any computer in your home. This feature means that you do not have to have multiple printers in your home anymore. I would highly recommend the HP 4385 Photosmart All-in-One....

I owned a PhotoSmart P1000 when they first came out, and honestly, after owning several older and newer photo printers, including newer PhotoSmart printers, the old one tops them all.

I still have and use this printer, it's amazing and just won't stop.

The photo quality is AMAZING... it prints on ANYTHING... and I've NEVER had any problems switching operating systems, much like I have with other printers. HP even had new drivers for Windows Vista within a week of Vista's release.

I'll continue using this one until it stops - and then I'll have it repaired if I can if it ever DOES stop!

This is by far the worst printer and the biggest piece of garbage I have ever owned in my life. Since the first day I took this printer out of the box it has not worked for me, and several calls to HP later it still does not work. Unfortunately, I bought the printer during some construction on my house... I thought it was going to be done in 2 weeks and I would be able to set up my new home office, but instead it took an additional 6 months so by the time I used the piece of trash printer I couldn't return it to the store. Photos only print in pink. The printer does not recognize the photo-sized paper that came with it; it will only print on 8.5 x 11 paper. All paper must be manually fed into the printer or it thinks it is out of paper. Every two or three pages, the printer sucks up half the sheet then tells me the paper is jammed so I have to pull it back out. Only the first copy of the a print has the correct color; if you want to make more than one copy you have to wait...

This is my 3rd Hp printer ( all were replaced just to get newer and better all others were still working and handed down to family members)I bought this hp photosmart C6280 all in one and it is so easy to use. I print pictures at least weekly and the clarity is great, I also print emails and such on a regular basis and so far this printer has met and exceeded my goals. I also like this printer because each color is a seperate cartridge so I only have to replace the color I need and I am not wasting any ink anymore and the cartridges are about $10 each which I think is reasonable....

I have one Photosmart printer that has been in my office for over a decade. ANDDDD, it still keps running. Albeit, paper loading is a pain in the butt.

My all in one scans, faxes, prints, copies, but the print cartridges have such a small capacity.

BUT, they keep running, and running, and running.

Had others, but they died quick, frustrating me to death, and swearing, NEVERMORE, unless its HP!!
