I like this product. It is well known and has been used by many of my friends. I use it because I am trying to lose weight. I also trust in herbal products because I also am an herbalist.So when I use a product i know how it work. I use herbal products because it works better with your body and is less likely to cause a problem. Herbs have been used for hundreds and thousands of years.People should be able to trust the products the they use and I belive that Herbalife is a product that people can use. I recamed this product Herbalife to my clients when they come to me about weight-lose. I hope this product dose work for you as wellas it has worked for me. I really believe in this stuff. If you have never tried this product I would say try it before you use any cheap crap that you see in the big stores. If you dont know much about Herbal talk to some one who sales it or uses it to make sure its what you need.

I was a yoyo dieter all my life, never really had any great changes except starving! I have been on the shapeworks program for 8 weeks and I have lost 32 Lbs. and 18 inches of fat from my frame. I still have a long way to reach my goal, I know I will reach it with ease using these products. Awesome!

I tried the Herbalife Shapeswork Program to hopefully lose weight and get fit. What I found is I was hungry all of the time. I followed the program exactly. I was just ravished. I felt much better and healthy but I could not get enough to eat. I spent a lot of money, buying all of the products. I used the program for about six months before I quit. I was tired of feeling hungry. I had lots of energy though! The shakes tasted very good and I had no problems with the drinks or snacks. I thought they were pretty good for a health product. But I actually gained weight on this program. I think it was because my calorie intake was higher than before I started the program. I was used to eating only one meal a day with one snack. When I followed the program, I followed it exactly. I would recommend this program. Although I gained weight, I felt much healthier and had more energy. All of my friends who stuck to the program had good weight loss results.

Herbalife Shapeworks Program is a great tasting product that really works! I love Herbalife Shapeworks Program. I rarely eat more than one meal a day and I couldn't lose weight. With this I am actually feeling better and looking better and better. I have ordered 2 more flavors for my next time: cafe latte and the chocolate, and I will review those after I have tasted them.

Herbalife has been around for a long time. I used to not only take this supplement, I also sold it. Although I did lose weight on it, I believe the weight loss had to do with my change of eating habits. In other words, I believe I would of lost just as much weight, by the change of my eating habits, without taking the supplements. On the plus side, taking vitamins, is going to make you healthier. But you can get vitamins a lot cheaper than these!

I was introduced to Herbalife through a program called the Weight Loss Challenge (WLC). I saw a newspaper ad for a 12 week program in which each participant pays $29 to join the program. The top three people who lose the most weight at the end of the challenge win a portion of that money, which could be in the hundreds of dollars depending on how many people sign up.

The WLC sounded like a great idea but I couldn't help but wonder what the people in charge of the program got out of it. There was no mention of Herbalife until after I paid my $29 and received my materials. That's when I knew that the class would be given a sales pitch each week for Herbalife products. I felt a little duped but I still wanted to lose weight so I faithfully attended each weekly class.

I tried Herbalife products for a while. They offer shakes and supplements, soups, and bars. While I was on the program I substituted my breakfast for a shake every morning and I really lost weight. I lost at total of 20 lbs in 8 weeks. The shakes were suprisingly good. The best I ever have tasted for a weightloss program and were full of protein. You can even use the shakes to make pies. My favorite was the keylime pie, where use the vanilla shake with lime jello mix. Yum! The sellers can be a little pushy, but the products seem to be worth it. There are even usually programs where you can try it out, lose weight, and earn cash. Check in your local area for the weightloss challenges....

I have been using Herbalife for about 4 months and I love this product. I quit drinking coffee and use the green tea concentrate and it works allot better than coffee for energy. I no longer have the extreme lows I had with my daily coffee routine. It is easy and I love the shakes. I do add frozen strawberries or peanute butter and banana's or pinapples. The Herbalife program really works if you stick with it. But make sure you do not have any medical conditions before starting this program.

The Cell Activator works as a blood thinner so be very careful if you have any medical problems.

I lost alot of inches using the program but you must stick with it or you will gain all the weight back. I stopped taking the product when I got the flu and even though I ate very little the weight still came back.

But it will give you alot of energy which most people need and it gives you all the nutrients that your body needs every day.

You must do 2 shakes a day if you are trying to lose weight.

One shake per day if you are maintaining your weight.

And there are supplements if you want to gain weight or bulk up.

Great products that will make you feel alot better and you will get healthier.

The products helped me to lower my cholesterol and triglycerides in record time.

Herbalife does have a lot of great products. One of the product i like the best is the aloe Vera gel. It makes bleeding stop almost instinctly. Anyway, all I want to say is I love this product.

costs to much money for the amount of pills you have to take. which is too much. you pay for a two week supply and they give these jittery headaches. i felt more hungry about 2 hours after taking a pill. i didnt lose any weight and im really active and im a vegetarian....

A friend recommend to me. As always, desperate for results, I decided to give it a try. I found it expensive, and not efficient! I spend a lot of money, but started not feeling good.
