If one stays in hotels often these days, one sees the difference between days of old and now, readily. Many places do not provide conditioner but some not even shampoo. Lucky is the traveler than can go to the nearest outlet for such things and purchase them. This coud be an indispensable activity during your stay, washing your hair. You often can get average size bottles that will cause you to waste $3 or $4 on these items, making your stay much more expensive. All these things add up, right? When they put you in a room with micro and fridge, you save money. When they give you tissues, you save money, etc. Likewise when they don't, you spend money.

Therefore, this shampoo has only two rivals on the market, Pantene, and Tress. They can also be purchased for around $1 in travel size. Of the three, I don't know which I like best. The one we are reviewing presently would be considered least expensive... and I have purchased this one on clearance at Office Depot for 30 cents a bottle. Usually...

I recently received a free coupon to try out any Herbal Essence product and I chose to try the Hello Hydration. It has scents of orchid and coconut milk. Smells awesome! The scent lasts all day too! I've been a long time user of Suave Professionals shampoo and condtioners, but this duo was great! Rinses well and leaves your hair soft, smooth, and smelling great! The conditioner does a great job on my long hair! Def would recommend these products!

This shampoo is awesome! I actually use it every day, it makes my hair soft & smoothes out my curls when I blow dry it! I recommend it to any one who wants to have beautiful soft hair that smells amazing!

Of all the products out there, Herbal Essence Shampoo Hello Hydration is one of the best products I have used on my hair. I have a serious issue with dry breaking hair and have tried many salon products as well as commercial store products. For the money value I have found that this product eliminates about thirty percent of the dryness and i don't seem to have nearly as much breakage. This eliminates split ends as well as any Salon product that costs two to three times as much. Also Herbal Essence seems to have multiple coupons printed as well as being on sale often, to save me money.

If you are looking for a great product for your hair that does not cost you an arm and a leg try any of the Herbal Essence products. I am not sure what the special ingredients are but this reminds me of the way my hair felt when my grandma use to put mayo in my hair .It leaves no residue or build up the way mayo does.

Herbal Essences hello hydration shampoo with lavendar and coconut milk is the best hydrating shampoo I can find for the price. I love the way this shampoo re-hydrated my hair and made it feel full again. This shampoo is absolutely amazing. The lavendar is such a nice mild scent. This shampoo is definetly worth trying ifd you have dry damaged hair. After a few shampoos you will feel the difference in your hair. I would definetly recommend this shampooto my family and friends.

All herbal essence products keep surprising us all at the amazing quality, great smell, and interesting color. In specific, my favorite is the Herbal Essence Orchid Coconut Milk Shampoo type. It smells so good! And not only that, they also sell a conditioner with the same killer smell. It will come in a blue container, and say 'hello hydration' . One thing I love about this product is the smell! I also loved how well the conditioner worked, and how it detangled my hair and made it feel soft and smell terrific. I could smell it all day long. One thing I dislike about the product is that they do not sell a shampoo or condition in this 'flavor' or 'smell' for colored hair. This was a huge disappointment, since I recently died my hair and could not use it for a while. Although this is so, Herbal Essence also has other color safe shampoos and conditioners, and luckily, they all smell absolutely great.

I used to really love Herbal Essences' line of hair care products, so I was thrilled when I discovered the Hello Hydration line! I have always dealt with dry hair that just soaks up moisture like a sponge, so I figured a moisturizing shampoo from one of my favorite brands would be the perfect fit. Boy, was I wrong!

This shampoo left my hair feeling like straw. Beware to those who actually follow the "lather, rinse, repeat" directions - you might strip every drop of natural oil from your hair in the process! I can't imagine why they would market this as a moisturizing product. My hair took weeks to return to normal after the abuse it underwent from Herbal Essences' Hello Hydration Moisturizing Shampoo. Don't even touch this stuff!

I have been dying my hair for about nine years now which has caused some damage to my hair. The worst of that is dry hair. I have extremely dry hair, and have had trouble finding shampoo that didnt leave me feeling like my hair was nothing but straw. I started using Herbal Essences' Hello Hydration about 6 months ago and fell in love with it. I have tried dozens of others that work for a few hours or even a day. I hated going to the gym to work out only to leave with my hair caked in sweat and felling like dry hay. Herbal Essences works all day no matter what i do. I can even go swimming and not have to worry about my hair feeling like a bale of straw when it dries. This is a plus since i live near the ocean. I would recommend to anyone who has severly dry hair that they try this shampoo. They will love it. It cost more than some but it is really worth it. I dont know what i would do without it .

I thought that herbal essence is a very wonderful shampoo.. The conditioner is amazing and you always feel so nice after you wash your hair.. The smell is fantastic as well, all the fragrenses are wonderful..

You never feel like you need to rewash your hair after you use the herbal essence shampoo and conditioner. Also it always makes your hair feel so silky smooth.. I have nothing bad to say about the herbal essence company in fact i wisht that there would be more manufacturers that would produce silky shampoos.

My hair never feel to dry after use and i have not had an increase in split ends as i have had with so many other shampoos. My hair is easy to style as well because it does not feel so dry and breakable.. I will definetly be a lliffetime user of herbal essense and will continue to mention the product to friends and family members..

Thank you so much for inventing such a wonderful shampoo.

Clairol Herbal Essences Hello Hydration shampoo is a very good product. It leaves your hair very soft and shiney. The shampoo has a very nice smell and is easy to rinse out with out leaving any residue. I have tried the entire line of Herbal Essances shampoos and conditioner and while I like them all this is my favorite. The conditiner is also very good, it leaves your hair increadibly soft and managable. The entire line is great, and I am very picky about shampoo and conditioner. This is one of the few "drugstore" brands that I will buy. It is well worth the price, I think it is similiar to some of the "salon-only" brands but at a much lower cost. Again, It is a good value for the price and is readily available anywhere, I get it at cvs.com and find that the price is the lowest around. If you can't buy it online then target sells it also and they have the larger cost saving bottles.

As a curly girl, I used to fear shampoo. Countless times, I had been told that shampoo is a curly girl's worst enemy. It dries out your hair, they'd say. It damages your curls, they'd warn. However, once I tried this shampoo, I knew I would still be able to use shampoo.

All you need is an itty-bitty dab. (When you buy it in the big bottles [which are awesome!] it'll last you forever, you'll save a lot of money because it is so cheap to begin with.) It has plenty of bubbles and suds. It does its job. My hair feels clean with just a little bit of shampoo. But wait- the best part of all is that instead of drying my hair out, reducing it to a frizzy mess, it moisturizes. My hair just feels wonderful all around. The smell is amazing, too! I would practically buy it in perfume form. I had compliments about the way my hair looked and smelled.

Moisturizing shampoo. It's the best of both worlds.

After experimenting with a very expensive salon brand of shampoo and conditioner, I decided to give Herbal Essence Hello Hydration Shampoo and Conditioner a try. I was very pleasently surprised at how good it made my hair feel! My hair usually has trouble with dryness, fly aways and easily tangles but Herbal Essence Hello Hydration helps to manage it all, quite nicely. The smell is amazing, too! A little shampoo goes a long way, as well. Just a quarter sized dallop for my hair that's about an inch longer than shoulder-length allows for a nice, rich lather. I use this along with the Herbal Essence Hello Hydration Conditioner which leaves my hair very soft and manageable. You also don't get the buildup on your hair that a lot of other cheap shampoos do. My hair feels as good as or better than it did with the salon brand...and is a heck of a lot cheaper! I enjoy only paying 3-5 bucks per bottle versus $20+.
