I tried the shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair! Works so much better than regular shampoo and conditioner! I have well water with a softener that is hard on my hair. This shampoo and conditioner combo help hold/lock the color in and keep my hair shiny and soft! I have noticed a big difference after using it for the past 5 weeks that my hair color is not stripped out... i used to have to color more often but this helps keep the color in nice.

Herbal Essences Color Me Happy Shampoo is a product designed for color-treated hair. Until recently, I used salon products like the Matrix because they are very good for maintaining my highlights. The salon prices, however, led me to search for another product that worked just as good as salon products but wouldn't break my bank account.

Fortunately, while grocery shopping at a local Giant Eagle I discovered Herbal Essences Color Me Happy Shampoo for color-treated hair. I really liked the smell, and with a fusion of acai berries & satin I knew it would be a good product that would keep my hair shining. The price was also another incentive. I believe I paid less than $4 dollars for a 12 fl oz.

As a result, I would recommend Herbal Essences Color Me Happy Shampoo for anyone that wants a great shampoo at a bargain price. I would also strongly recommend Color Me Happy to shampoo to anyone with color-treated hair because it is formulated to preserve color and highlights.

Herbal essences "color me happy" shampoo for color-treated hair has an infusion of acai berries and satin that really adds shine to my hair, because of the conditioners that it has and helps to keep me color longer.The smell is outstanding and it lathers very well .I have happy and healthy hair with a radiant you only get from healthy hair.I am a busy mom and work full time so I don't have alot of time to do my hair in the morning I have to leave for work at 3:30am but by 7:30 I am working with the public and need to look my best. Ever since I started useing this shampoo I have my customers and my coworker comment about my hair. Its a very nice way to start your day.I have 3 boys and a husband and I have a hard time keeping this shampoo away from them. I buy them there own shampoo and hide mine under the sink but its is always in the shower and I have to admit there hair always looks good..

Because I have curly/wavy hair, my hair gets dryed out and damaged very easily. Herbal Essences Color Me Happy Shampoo helps prevent this from happening because it's gentle on my hair. Their formula has been specialy made for those who have either damaged hair or those who are prone to damage. I also like how affordable it is, I'm young and can't afford to pay the high prices for other shampoos such as Pantene and Loreal. Some might look at the price and assume that it's affordable because it's a cheep no good shampoo, but I find that their affordable price has nothing to do with the quality of the shampoo, you simply get more for your money. Now my favorite thing about the shampoo is, the wonderful smell. To my surprise, this Herbal Essences Shampoo left my hair very soft and silky. It was almost like it had a built-in conditioner in it although I don't think it does. I don't even need to use a conditioner when using this Herbal Essences Shampoo. I also find that my hair holds the style I choose to style it in better when I use the Herbal Essences Color Me Happy Shampoo for Color-Treated Hair.

I tried several Herbal Essences shampoos before I found "Color Me Happy" and fell in love! It smells great, is gentle to my poor hyper-colored hair, and totally extends the length of time between color applications. I actually get to color when my roots show, rather than because my color faded. I never realized my shampoo had an impact on my color until I found "Color Me Happy". It's totally a salon quality shampoo on a budget; I even got my mom and sister to try, and now they love it too!

I am only 20 years old but I still worry about the effects the environment has on my hair. I want my hair to look good and be healthy for a very long time. I simply love the herbal essence shampoo! It smells so good. I even got my boyfriend using it! I had a shower one day and he said what smells so good, I said it is my shampoo and ever since that day he uses it on himself and on our 9 year old son. I have tried many other companies in the past and none of them stay smelling great for so long. They all smell good for a few minutes but this one stays for the whole day. This product also works. I bleach my hair alot and this product keeps the blonde color looking like I just did the bleaching the day before. I dont have to bleach as often and there is no fading or that ugly green color that sometimes can happen. I highly recomend this product to anyone who wants a great smelling head of hair! I can always find coupons in the paper and specials at the stores for this product thus making it very affordable. there are also rebates that you can send it and get multiple free items

I really liked this shampoo. It smells good and my hair felt totally clean when I used it. It had a good lather and I really like the new design on the bottle. Herbal Essence has been around for along time so I trusted that it would be a good shampoo. I would highly recommend this shampoo for someone who colors their hair because if your like me and you pay money to have it done you want it to last as long as possible in between color appointments. It costs under $4.00 and at CVS sometimes they have Buy one Get one either free or half off. Get the Sunday paper and you could get $1.00 coupon or if a friend or relative give you their coupon you could get 2 for under $4.00. That is what I call a good deal. I recommend the Conditioner also to be sure and get the total package. I have used other Herbal Essence types but the one for color treated hair is may favorite by far. At least give it a try and see what you think!
