Herbal Essence Conditioner for color treated hair is the best conditioner, hands down, that I have used on my hair. Being so thick, it is hard to manage with other conditioners. I style my hair with a roller brush and it does well every time. The scent of the conditioner is very pleasant. One of the main things I like about the Herbal Essences is that it does not leave a build up on my hair after a period of time. Most of hair products do as time goes on. I like that Herbal Essences has a conditioner specifically for color treated hair. That really is important to me, because the texture of my hair is different when it is color treated and when it is not. I have never personally heard anything but positive accounts of users of this brand of conditioner. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to have clean, wonderful smelling, healthy, color treated hair. My kids love the way this smells and they even want to use it. My hair actually feels like silk...

I purchased Herbal Essence condition for color treated hair when I bought Herbal Essence hair dye. I really like the smell and the fact that it makes my hair extremly soft and very touchable. My husband also likes the smell, so it makes everyone happy. The major drawback for me though, is that it makes my back acne flare up. I have to make sure to wash my back with mild soap after using this conditioner or it will break.Overall though very nice.

I tried Herbal Essences Color Me Happy Conditioner for Color Treated Hair and was not impressed. It does smell very good, I can say that, but as far as actually conditioning my hair, NO, not so good. I have been color-treating my hair since the early 1980's (u do the math) and have found very few products that truly condition the hair well.

If you also have extremely dry hair / color-treated hair, I suggest you try these:

L'oreal Vive for dry and color treated hair. It costs about the same price as Herbel essence products, nut works much better. It smells pleasant too.

Or try: Dove conditioner. It is weightless and really does improve hair condition. My hair actually shines a bit after using it for a week. The one drawback: I don't like the scent.

If you want to spend just a few more dollars for a great product: Pantene beautiful lengths for dry/color-treated hair. I also am not wild about the scent, but it works miracles on hair.

I have an outrageous love for Herbal Essences! I have very, very curly and thick hair (caucasian hair). I use other conditioners from time to time but this is IT and has been IT since I started using it about 10 years ago. It's the only conditioner that will make my hair soft, manageable and prevent frizzies that fits in my budget. The scent is also to die for. I have gotten really enthusiastic compliments from men and women alike on how good my hair smells when I use this, and only this, conditioner....

I love this. My boyfriend bought the Herbal Essence shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair after suave stripped my hair of everything. My hair after one use was shiny and soft. He loves playing with my hair now more than ever. I reccomend this shampoo and conditioner to anyone who is having a hard time with their hair being dry. It smells SOOOOO good aswell!...

Herbal Essences new Color Me Happy Line of shampoos and conditioners.
Personally. Ive always had trouble finding that perfect shampoo for my hair since ive done so much to it. Like frying it from allthe different dyes i use. And Straigtening it everyday.
The first time i used this product was at a friends house.
It was amazing. I saw results as soon as i rinsed it out.
The texture of my hair was softer.
And my hair didnt feel as fried or overdryed. And for once i had body back in my hair.
Ever since then ive used nothing but Herbal Essences Color me Happy shampoo
