The Hefty One Zip Storage Bags are very cost effective products. Not only are the bags used to storage food,but it can also used to store other items in in the home. Some of the things have stored are writng instruments, tolietries, CDs. When I travel, I will bring the storage bags so I can store my dirty clothes. The bags are easy to pack in the suitcase. The storage bags are also useful in recycling the bags. There are times after I have used to the bags to store food, I will use the bags several more times as a means to save money and to be more conservative. The down side to the storage bags are that they are a little costly. I usually purchase the storage bags when they are sale and/or if I have coupons. I have used generic storage bags but they are not as effective or as strong as the Hefty One Zip. Some of the generic storage bags will leak or split after using them one time. The Hefty One Zip is more durable.

I use these for everything! I pack them in my suitcase for kids treasures, wet clothes, shoes , soap, mak up items so they don't leak all over ,etc. I use them in the fridge to store all kinds of leftovers then just throw them away. They are great for scrapbooking too. I use them for kits of crafts I make up or to store photos I don't want bent. Price is great and a million uses!...

I love these bags! I work 2 jobs and I am constantly on the go. So when I cook I tend to cook more than needed for one meal and freeze the rest for another quick meal in the future. I also shop in bulk quantities and divide things up. With these Hefty 0ne zip bags I have plently of size choices and use them to store almost all my left overs and they are great in the freezer. They are tough, dependable, easy to use and I can see what I have them while I am poking around in the freezer. Also being a nurse I carry several around in bag to keep some items seperated from others and they also make great ice compresses....see what I mean, I can't live without these bags!...

Hefty one zip are great for some many things. I use them most often for food products but found them to be so helpful with my craft supplies, Christmas Decorations, and all holiday items as well. They are so great for road trips with the kids to bring snacks and small toys as well. I use them also for storing away papers I know I wont need and I am confident they will stay dry in case of any water problems in our home. I also store duplicate photos in them again knowing they will stay dry, for when my children grow up they will have these photos to cherrish as I do. Also on road trips we use them for collecting garbage in so there will be no odor or leakage during our trip. I would highly recomend these to anyone especially with kids/family for multiply usage....

I love the Hefty One Zip Storage Bags (1 Gallon) - I use them everyday. I purchase them at Wal-Mart for under $2.00 for 15 of them - and they are well worth the money! I never have stale chips anymore - I buy the 12.5oz bags of chips, and as soon as I open them I pour them into a Hefty One Zip Storage Bag and close it up - the chips are fresh each time I get into them. I also use them for left-overs and storing misc other items. They are great!!!...

Hefty one zip bags are a life saver! Not only have they saved me quite a bit of money from buying the normal fold sandwich bags, but they have also allowed me to pack so much more into my freezer! I'm so glad that I found these bags! They are the best bags I have used thus far in to my life! Thanks Hefty!...

Its a must have for every household (especially with kids). Can be used for storing food, veggies,fruits, leftovers, snacks. I oftern use it to sort my kids crayons,markers,storybooks,artworks,craft stuffs, etc. Keep a box of this in kitchen, family room & basement & its so handy. Its a good product at a very reasonable price. Very good quality too....

I find these to be not as good as Ziploc brand, or even Target brand for that matter. The sliding tabs at the top tend to fall off or break, limiting my ability to reuse bags. The bags themselves don't break, however, I still don't trust liquids in them....

I love these bags, they come in a good variety of sizes and on the whole are very durable. Once in a while the seal is difficult to make. The hardest size to find is a Pint bag. There are just two of us and that is the size I use the most. They are very reasonable and I use them for a multitude of things from food to buttons and clips. I am never without at least three sizes....

These 1 Gallon Hefty One Zip Storage Bags are good for pretty much anything and everything. I use them mostly for marinating meat. And after marinating, simply wash them out and you can use them again and again. Compared to other bags, they are expensive, but considering you can use them over and over makes them well worth the cost....

I use these for everything from leftovers to storing toiletries when we travel. As I type right now dh is using one filled with ice on his knee that he just had surgery on. They are inexpensive and have many great uses. I don't feel bad after throwing one away since they aren't super pricey. They work great for storing cookies in too---just ask my son!...

I use Hefty One Zip bags all of the time in my first grade classroom. I find them useful as storage for my Reading Group books, Listening Center tapes and books and letters for the Making Words Station. You can't go wrong with Hefty One Zip bags!...
