      <description>Anyone who deals with a chronic illness has probably been told that it's important to continue exercising to whatever extent that is possible.&#160; Although I can't do the same intense workout that I did before multiple sclerosis hit, I still make it a point to get moving as much as my doctor allows.&#160; My newest partner in exercise - manufactured by Lion Sports - is called &lt;strong&gt;Heavyhands Combo Pac &lt;/strong&gt;--&#160;&lt;em&gt;&quot;The Original System to Combine a Strength and Aerobic Workout.&quot;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;p&gt;The combo pac that I purchased for under $20 comes with a pair of glove-like hand weights with one-pound end caps; one set of two-pound add-on weights, a workout and instruction guide, and an offer for a $4.99 &quot;WalkPlus&quot; DVD offer. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The main reason I selected this over standard hand dumbbells is because of the padded grip.&#160; With multiple sclerosis, my grip is often quite weak and I was afraid that I would end up accidentally dropping the weight on my foot.&#160; In contrast, the Heavyhands weight has a thick foam handle that fits your hands...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
