We gave our German shorthaired pointer a chew and she loved it. however she became unglued and very very hyper. Do not know why but would not reccomend for young dogs.

I saw dental chew in the grocery store and thought it would be a great treat for my little dog. She seemed to really enjoy it..chewed on it for about an hour. I didn't want her to overdo it so I took it away from her and figured I would give it back to her the next day. WRONG!!!!! That night she got extremely sick....throwing up, lethargic. She was a little better the next day, but not herself and naturally it was a Sunday. She threw up again on Sunday night and it was all pariticales froim this dental chew as she has not eaten anything since Saturday. She will be going to the vet today....I'M VERY WORRIED:-(

I have a 5 year old red doberman and he loved them. His breath smelled alot better too. LOLOL They are very affordable....

I have a large mixed breed dog that we normally buy regular rawhide bones for. I was at the store the other day and as I was reaching for a rawhide bone, a package of Hartz Dental Chews caught my eye. The package contained two "sizzlin' bacon" easy to grip chew bones that remove plaque and tartar. I liked the idea of a chewy that removed plaque and tarter so I bought a package for $3.47.

The Facts
