Hannah's Bretzel makes some great tasting sandwiches. Their secret is the soft pretzel bread (which I guess lends itself to the "bretzel" contraction). They layer on fresh ingredients like proscuto, greens, and such. My only complaint is that a 7 inch long sandwich plus a side (chips, roasted nuts, etc) will run you over $8. Still, it's worth it on occassion.
...

overall hannahs bretzel makes me feel better about what i'm eating knowing that its organic and created with quality ingredients.

love the sandwiches. try the veggie bomb with some white cheddar or some goat cheese. turkey selections are nice too.

the workers arent always aligned as they pass the sandwich through the station. they often act jumbled and hurried and make mistakes on your requested sandwich toppings. worth dealing with them though for the end result!

keep in mind, its a bit pricey - about $10 will get you your nice organic sandwich and a little side (almonds are so tasty!)
...

I LOVE Hannah's Bretzel. Great sandwiches which are a tad pricey, but definitely worth the cost. Go for the Thanksgiving 365. The sandwiches on the regular bread are a bust, but the pretzel bread is to die for. Great drinks, baked goods and chocolates too to go with your sandwich. I do wish they had more seating, but I usually stick to carry-out anyways. Highly recommend....

I used to work a few blocks from Hannah's Bretzel. Although it is expensive for a sandwich shop I think that it is the best lunch time sandwich spot in the city. The bretzel bread is to die for, the sprouts, mustard, and selection of real cheeses help make this a lunch spot to go out of your way for. There are only three seats inside and a few tables curbside but you can eat at the tables outside 225 West Washington if you need to.

Hannah's Bretzel has great chocolates, cookies and other unusual selections that you are not going to see if you typical sub shop. The cost is twice as much as Jimmy Johns or Pot Belly's but for a treat everyone once in a while, you should splurge.

They also cater.
...

Top-line: Hannah's Bretzel is my favorite sandwich spot in downtown Chicago. HB is all about fresh and natural foods, with a focus on whole grains.

Manta = Get Organic, Get Whole Grain & Get Green: HB utilizes nearly all organic products, so the prices are a bit higher, but you can really taste the difference (relative to other more 'mass' lunch spots like Corner Bakery and Cosi). HB is really big on whole grains and the health benefits that come from eating them. They utilize Barley, Spelt, Wheat, Rye, Millet, Kamut and Oat in their bread products. For those of you scared of healthier products (like my mother), don't let any of what was posted above dissuade you - bottom-line is that the sandwiches are amazing.

Menus: My favorite sandwich is the blackforest ham - but they have about 10 different kinds of sandwiches. Each sandwich comes with a side - homemade chips, grilled veggies or almonds. Soup is also available. They have a huge selection of nice chocolates...
...
