I cooked a London broil roast on High for 12 hours, the onions were still hard as a rock. I had to take the roast and veggies out and cook in the oven for three more hours. I am very disappointed in this item. My husband seems to think we just got a faulty cooker. Maybe so but it is practically useless for cooking. Keeping something warm is about all its good for.

I have one of these crock pots and I LOVE it. I use it regularly to make meals for my family, but I also love to take it places because the lid locks tight to prevent spills, plus the spoon that attaches to the lid is perfect for take-along dishes.

I love Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker - Stay or Go. Is easy to carry from place to place, It is easy to clean. The lid locks tight to keep food from spilling. the Hamilton Beach SLow Cooker is one of my favorite appliances that I use alot. A fter I got it I went out and purchased a slow cooker recipie book just so i could get to use it. and after the first use I fell in love with it. Now I use it just about every time i make a meal. You can even bake in it. Which is one of the things I have yet to try. The Slow Cooker is many things all roled up into one. and when it comes to clean up all you have to do is wipe it out.

I received the 6 quart Hamilton Beach Stay or Go Slow Cooker as a Christmas gift last year. I really like this product and am glad that I have it. It's convenient and easy to use. Living in the Midwest, I have to admit I didn't use it much this summer because we like to use our outdoor grill a lot during the warmer weather. Now that fall is here, and winter is right around the corner, this slow cooker will get a lot more use. The three temperature settings, high, low and warm, offer flexibiity in cooking your meals. This feature is beneficial because you can set your cooking time based on the amount of time you are going to be gone. I have used the low setting when I knew I would have a longer day at work ahead of me and the high setting if I was just going to be gone throughout the afternoon. The warm setting is convenient to use when you have family members coming home at different times. Everyone can help themselves to a warm dinner no matter what time they eat. ...

We had to take food to a Boy Scout dinner some years ago and I wanted to make my "Aunt Nellie Hot Dish" and thought it might be simpler for me (and my schedule) if I did it in a slow cooker - but, we only had this crazy "slow cooker" that my husband brought to our household when we got married - serioulsy not EXACTLY a slow cooker, more like a re-heater thing-y.

So, off to Target I went and saw this little wonder that actually helped you TAKE your stuff somewhere.

It works ridiculously well to take your crock pot with you as MOST do not lock the lids in place. I would recommend it highly if you do potlucks often.

The spoon that came with it is nice too.

First of all I ordered this Hamilton Beach 6 quart slow cooker with points I acquired on another website. When it arrived unfortunately the lid was cracked and I could not use it. So I called the customer service number and the lady I spoke to was very nice and said she would send me another one right away. When I got to use the cooker I just loved it right away. I made pot roast and the temperature setting was perfect. I like the fact that you can take it with you via the locking lid. I plan to cook many other recipes in it. I can't wait to try out some new ones. I highly recommend this product to anyone who likes slow cookers and to anyone who is thinking about trying one out for the first time. It is so easy to use. You can pretty much put your recipe together set the temperature on your preferred setting and go about your day. It is very easy to clean as well. All in all I would definitely recommend this to all.

It is the best ever, I love using it. Just fix the food, set it, and forget it, when you get home perfect dinner, and very easy clean up. I recommend it. There are only two of us at home. When we want spaghetti, I will spend the morning making home made sauce. All fresh ingredients.Tomatoes, basil, oregano, thyme, fresh garlic and so on. Cut up veggies and saute meat. throw it all in stir it, turn it on and let it go on low all day and we get the best spaghetti sauce ever. With there just being the two of us we eat dinner then freeze the rest of the wonderful sauce and use it in weeks to come. The Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker makes cooking economical. Another favorite is to get a lean london broil and place it in the bottom of the slow cooker. Then place what ever your favorite spices are and pour in a bottle of your favorite barbque sauce and turn it on low and let it cook all day. When its done it falls apart and is perfect for bbq sandwhiches. Beef roasts are out of this world when cooked......

I researched crock pots and slow cookers after I returned one that I hated. I read lots of reviews, and am so glad I bought the Hamilton Beach Stay or Go 6 qt. crock pot. The lid has a wonderful rubber seal, so your food stays moist, and the lid clamps down for your trip to the church dinner. For just my husband and I , there are times when I want to put just two chicken breasts in a crock pot, so I also purchased the Hamilton Beach 33130 which is the 3 qt "baby sister" to the Stay or Go. I love it too and it also has the rubber seal and a vent in the lid. It comes with a rubber band, so you can secure the lid on it too. I put two boneless chicken breast in it and I had moist chicken and juice in the bottom. Both of these are really necessary in my kitchen, and I just couldn/t have made better choices!

I love this slow cooker! It is SO HANDY and easy to take if you have to go to a party or dinner with it! I absolutely love it!

My favorite thing to make in the slow cooker is something called Salsa Chicken...and honestly, the chicken is unbelievably tender and delicious! I've used other slow cookers to make it and it never turns out as well as it does in this one. I've never had any problems cooking with my slow cooker...it seems to cook everything quite evenly.

The Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker is easy to use. I love the convenience on days I have to work. The lid can be locked down which helps if you are transporting your fabulous dish and it will not spill. It also comes with a cover to help hold in the heat for travel. The settings of warm, low and high are great also. ...

I love the fact that I can seal the lid tight and take my slowcooker anywhere. I don't have to worry about spills. This was a great investment on my part. It's great to come home from work and have a meal ready. I've taken it to work and cooked foor for our lunch parties. I will be used to keep the extra turkey breast warm for thanksgiving. I couldn't ask for more. Now all I need is the carrying case for!...

I have used this one and really like the performance and the cosmetic looks.

It is a great brand and I have never had a problem with it.

I would love to have more than one of these on hand, they are great for when you are serving company. These are great gifts for those who love to entertain.

This is the best crock pot I've ever had. It is so convenient. YOu can put everything in it and program it for the amount of time it needs and it will then go to the warm cycle till you're ready to eat! It's big , too..... lots of room to put bigger roasts, chickens, etc. in to it.

Love the locking lid, too!
