I am a lady that cooks quite a bit for not having a lot of time. Many a times, we have pot lucks and I always had to lug a crock pot full of yummy, but wiggly food that usually ended up all over my car from place to place. Now I have the stay and go crock pot with the locking lid and no more messes. No move over-flows or food in the car. This crock pot heats up fast, and keeps the food hot long too! I love the locking lid, and I can't believe that it took someone this long to invent one. Live it to Hamilton Beach to have a great product that is affordable to the general public. When you lock the lid down, it stays locked down until you un-lock it. No wiggle, no jiggle, no messes, and no money spent on a product that doesn't work or that is down right useless. I love this stay and go crock pot and would tell everyone that does any slow cooking to go invest in one. It is worth the money

This is so good for those busy moms or even busy dads. Even for those who saty at home. you can prepare set it and go do laundry or other errands you may need to run. I set it before I leave for work in the morning and when I come home it's done. It is easy to clean the pot seperates from the base, it also comes with it on spoon. You can carry this to family functions, partys etc. It is easy to carry , the lids locks so you don't have to worry about spillage. It is also dishwasher safe and easy to clean. the pot is no-stick. This product is one of the best appliances I have in my kitchen. I use it at least 4 times a week maybe more, I use it to make roast , stews and I'm now trying desserts. I love my crock pot, it's simple it's easy any one in the family can operate it. If your dont have the time and your hubby really doesn't cook then show him the way to the crock pot. Okay first I have to say I love the Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker! It was a birthday present from my mom. She know I love to cook! It's great because I can do big one pot meals and feed plenty of people. The locked lid is another great feature, great for pot lock dinners and many other events! The first meal I cooked in my slow cooker came out perfect! A delicious roast beef with vegetables. It great because I let it do it's job all day long with no worries. So that was a big time save with going to school and working full-time! There are just a couple negative attributes to my Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker. I really couldn't believe there was no steam vent! Also with only a tiny amount of counter space in my kitchen, it takes up a lot of space. Other than those couple of problems, I believe the Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker is a great product! I love having it in my home, especially being that I love cooking and entertaining others in my home.

What a great crockpot this is!! I always used to take two rubberbands and try to hold down the lid while traveling to a Potluck or Party....well not anymore!! What a great invention Hamilton Beach came up with to be able to clip down your lid while traveling and also make a place to put a label of what you brought with you to share. Not only is the design fantastic but it works beautifully too! I also love the shape of the crockpot being oval instead of round; it makes it much easier to fit in those big roast's and turkey breasts! You can cook on high or low or just keep it warm. Why someone didn't think of this sooner I dont know, but I sure am happy with this crockpot and would recommend it to all my friends.

I opened the door one morning and saw my friend holding a gift for me.Out loud I said "Oh, thank you what wonderful and thoughtful gift. I will use it often, it will make my life much easier.In my mind I said,"Great,another crock-pot to use once or twice and shove under the counter because it is to hard to clean and handle." As it turns out I am able to look my friend in the eye and tell her it is the best gift I have ever gotten.The Hamilton Beach Stay or Go is easy to use and the removeable crock makes it easy to clean The trip to Grandmas with the chili is a snap. Just lock the lid and off we go . The stay or Go is a great gift and a great product. Thanks again Ruth, and thank you Hamilton Beach.

Such a time saver. Love having meals cook themselves; coming home to a meal ready to serve. I especially like it in the winter, having a warm meal ready when we come in from a cold day....

I love this slow cooker. It is a great product for a great price. I bought this old house about a year ago from the bank. It was full of junk, I had just bought one of these slow cookers a few weeks before buying house. I had a bunch of friends and family come the weekend after buying the house so I bought a second slow cooker and fed everyone VERY well all weekend. No home should ever be without a good slow cooker or two and this one is a great value....

Family loves it when mom makes stew, chilli, or soup. This is great for those of us who are so tired at night yet don't want another round of fast food. Keeps food warm all day. cooks evenly. Grea for cold winter meals or summer time bbq.

I love this product in fact it is by far one of my favorite kitchen appliances. I make all sorts of yummy dishes and it really saves my rear when I have no time to make dinner or what ever else. The only thing I do not like (and don't really NEED, but would like just in case) is that it has no option of switching bowl sizes, I have another one that is smaller I use for making hot appetizer dips and such.

We love our HAMILTON BEACH SLOW COOKER!!!!!! I just want to say that we love our slow cooker! we use it all the time. It is so great to have because its easy to use, and it comes with a spoon, and even little cardboard slots to write what is in the pot. I think every house in the United states should have one of these slow cookers. You can use it for tacos, lasagna, spagetti, green beans, pot roast, pretty much every thing you can think of to put in one of these pots and cook, YOU CAN!!!

I have been an avid fan of crockpot cooking for more years than I care to mention. Being a working Mom the whole time we raised kids made the crockpot an innvaluable appliance and my best kitchen friend. Hamilton Beach is a brand I have used, trusted and worn out for years. I use them a lot and my large oval crock developed a crack and had to be tossed--so sad! Imagine my delight when one of my kids blessed me with this great Hamilton Beach Stay or Go Crockpot! It is the best crockpot I have ever used! I am so impressed with the design! I have balanced countless steaming pots in the car on the way to potlucks (pot-blessings) and family dinners and am in love with the latch tight lid design! I have transported this full of hot chili and the like and not a drop spills! Absolutely ingenious! The spoon clip is nice too. I really like the temperature guage- high is high enough to cook quickly to start and the low and stay warm temps are just right. This has come in handy many times and...

I've had my Hamilton beach stay or go stainless steel slow cooker for two years now and I can't imagine my life without it. We use it all the time. My husband often takes it to work to feed the guys lunch. The slow cooker has very capacity great for big gatherings. It has Large easy to grip handles, clips on the side to hold the lid on, and a spoon clip on top. It comes with a large black plastic spoon. That makes it very easy to transport. They also have a carrying case you can buy that is made for this slow cooker. It comes apart for easy cleaning and is dishwasher safe. The finish is chrome and black. It has a very nice look to it. If you have to leave it on the counter it will look nice in your kitchen. The front of the slow cooker has four controls high, low, warm and off. The only down fall is everyone we know now has the same slow cooker and we mix them up at potlucks. I do plane on buying a second one I love it so much.

I have had this slow cooker for a while now and it works great. It works just as good if not even better than the Crock Pot slow cooker. The size is just perfect to fit enough food to feed my family of six. Just put all the ingredients in the one pot, leave, go to work and when you return dinner is done. The stainless steel matches perfectly with the other modern appliances. It is also a breeze to clean. No scrubbing is needed to get this clean. I would recommend this Hamilton Beach slow cooker to all my friends.

I got the Hamliton Beach stay or go slow cooker to replace my smaller slow cooker. Which I gave to my daughter in law. I was tired of not having enough room in the other slow cooker so was looking for something different. I work at Walmart and everytime I passed the Hamliton Beach Slow cooker it seemed to be calling out to me saying buy me. I finally did and I am glad I did. I will get a lot of use out of it. Now that I work from 10 pm to 7 am and my husband works 4 pm to 1 am. I can fix a meal before I go to work and when hubby comes home he will have a hot meal waiting for him. I made chicken and rice soup in it today which turned out really good.
I didn't cook the rice in the slow cooker like the recipe called for I had already had some rice cooked from an earlier meal so just stired it in when we got ready to eat.
This is a great slow cooker and I would recomend it to anyone.
I love the size....
