My Hamilton Beach Blender - Wave Station started off great. It had the power I needed for making my breakfast smoothy every day. Unfortunately, not even a year later the plastic base, in which the container sits, cracked. I had to pay for the replacement piece. The Customer Service Rep. did give me a price break though - which I appreciated - and didn't charge shipping & handling. That was all fine but again that same piece began showing little cracks. I could still use it until the plastic pitcher started leaking because it too was cracking. I could no longer use it & didn't think it worth continually replacing those faulty parts. When I spoke to Customer Service they informed me that the warranty only covers the motor and not any of the other parts - so beware. I opted to try another brand of blender.

My Hamilton Beach Blender is the best investment I have made in a long time. After deciding to lose weight and become more healthy, I decided making fruit smoothies and protein shakes would be a good route to go in order to cut back on some of my calorie intake. I was looking for a blender that I could dispense the smootie out of a spout. After about a weeks search at serveral different stores including Target, Walmart, K-Mart, Big Lots and drugs stores. I still couldn/t find the perfect blender. One day i get a call from my husband saying he has a surprise for me. I get home and low and behold he has the Hamilton Beach Blender sitting on the counter. I was so excited, not only was it the kind of blender I wanted it was the color that matches my kitchen decor. I use my blender on a daily basis. I have had it for about 8 months and I have lost so much weight. This has contributed to the healthyness of my entire family. This product is great for maybe larger families but not really practical for 1-2 person use.

The pour spout was more of a bother than not.

My husband was just diagnosed with cancer and I thought this would be just the 'berries' to make smoothies and entice him to eat a little more. The ideal was a great one it just hit on some snags along the way. Had I wanted just juice it may have worked better, but I want nice thick spoon dipping lip smacking wonderous drink. I did not get it.

This Hamilton Beach Wave Station blender is great. When I made milkshake's ,it's handy dispensing made it so easy to get out. No more blobs of milkshake running down the side's when trying to put the stuff in your glass. So easy to clean up.I highly recomend this product to everyone....

Not Revolutionary as it claims, and doesnt make "no more ice chunks". Couldnt chop up my ice for my smoothie at all. Not impressed....

I got this for Christmas last year.My husband let me pick it out.I am so glad i got this one.It makes excellent smoothies and shakes.We use it all the time.Comes in handy for family get togethers.I have even bough one for my sister for Christmas this year.She tried to steal mine.I have even made fresh fruit smoothies for breakfast.My niece loves it when I make her,her very own fruit slushy.I have told my friends that have mentioned that there were looking for a good blender to buy this one.It is well worth the money.It is so easy to clean and put back together.i like the insolator too,Keeps my smoothies colder longer.If your looking for a good blender buy this one.You wont regret it.

I burned up my old blender, which I always seem to do. Either I was doing something wrong or asking it to blend frozen strawberries, chunks of melon and some yogurt and juice was beyond the typical blender.

I asked for this one for my birthday because of the dispensing feature. I was forever dumping whatever I blended out of the top or couldn't get it to pour if I did remember to hold the top while pouring with my old blenders.

I used this to make a smoothie with fresh chunks of cantaloupe and honeydew melon, frozen whole strawberries and a carton of yogurt and voila - smoothie in about a minute...with no chunks! Press the dispense button, flip open the dispenser and out it comes into my glass. This is the first smoothie I've ever made at home that wasn't thick and gloppy. It was in fact actually smooth and easy to drink (rather than being like a thick milkshake with big chunks of unblended items).

Clean up was a snap. Put the body and lid in the disherwasher, rinse off the base and the blades...
