My husband and I would really like a Vitamix, but can't afford one so we bought this Hamilton Beach 10 speed blender. It is very powerful but because of the large width, often requires some mixing around of ingredients to get going again. Great for the price though....

When our hand-me-down blender bit the dust I thought I was "upgrading" when I spent $30 on the Hamilton Beach Stay or Go 10 Speed Blender. SKU: 50256WVH

What I like about the Hamilton Beach Blender:

I paid $30.00 for it and didn't know what a great blender I was getting.

It has 10 speeds and 450 watts.

It has a filler cup which is the plastic piece that goes in the middle of the lid. This can be taken out while the blender is in use and filled with, let's say nuts, and the nuts can be poured into the blender.

The 48-ounce glass jar is dishwasher safe.

There is a thermal insulated travel cup. When I bought this I wasn't even sure what a neat feature this would be.

It has a 3-year warranty.

Hamilton Beach Stay or Go 10 Speed Blender has a wave-action system which really does push the food I have in the blender down into the blades. I can put, let's say, bananas on the top of lots of other...
