ILoveCO says "Must-have for baby" about Halo Micro Fleece Sleepsack Wearable Baby Blanket

The Halo sleepsack is a must-have for baby. I did have the micro fleece sleepsack but I would recommend any of the Halo sleepsacks. I always worry about my children getting too warm with the long sleeve sleepsacks on so I really like that this is sleeveless. It's great to put on long sleeve winter pajamas and then the sleepsack without worrying that your child will be uncomfortable (either too hot or too cold). I had this product when my kids were little babies up until theycould walk. It's much safer than putting a blanket in their bed with them. It gave me peace of mind because I never worried that my child(ren) were getting tangled up in blankets. The Halo sleepsacks also come in a wide variety of colors and patterns. I like that they also come in cotton and fleece, depending on the weather. They also have some for littler babies that allow you to swaddle the baby. Halo makes a great product and I highly recommend this sleepsack.
...

i love the halo sleepsack. it is a wonderful, easy to use solution for the safety hazards of letting a baby sleep with a blanket. i think they have done a wonderful job at making it seem normal to refuse to let your child sleep with a blanket. they are soft and comfortable. the zipper front makes it extremely easy to use. easy diaper changing access. cute, soft baby colors. love the arm holes because my baby never liked to be swaddled because she had to suck her fingers. machine washable. durable. love it.
...

I love this sleep sack! There have been many times where my son has kicked the blankets onto his face-which immediatly causes worry due to SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). I also would keep waking up to check on him during the winter months to see if he had squirmed his way out of his blankets....which on many occasion he had. My husband is the expert swadler-but frankly I never learned the art as well as he had in the hospital.

I higly recommend this sleep sack! More women should request these at baby showers-if I would have known about them-this would be the only blanket I would have accepted. Less stress and worry-affordable-easy to clean-and very portable. I have 3 sets that I use-especially if we have a bit of an accident at night.
...

When I had to stop swaddling my baby, we immediately went into the Halo Sleepsack. It's great - it zips up from the bottom which allows easy diaper changes and it keeps him warm at night. He can't kick it off like he would if he were using just a regular blanket. I want one for myself! It is kind of difficult to get his arms in and out of, but that's a small price to pay. Plus, he looks so cute in it when I get him in the morning. It doesn't prevent him from moving around in his crib, either, which is good. He doesn't seem to mind the fact that his legs are stuck in a bag-like item.
...

With three girls under 5, I have had a lot of experience with babies. I think the Halo micro fleece sleepsack is a wonderful thing. It is so much safer than using a blanket. Also, you don't have to worry about the baby being uncovered or cold during the night. I give the sleepsack as a shower gift to all the new parents we know. My two oldest children used the sleepsack until they were well over 1 year old, just because they wouldn't stay under the covers. Since you can get the sleepsack in fleece or cotton, it is good for all kinds of weather. There is even one with a swaddle attachment for newborns who like to be swaddled. My hospital gave it to me when my third child was born. This is definitely the one piece of baby gear that I couldn't do without. They have been washed numerous times and have lasted wonderfully through all three girls and hopefully a fourth if we ever get to that point.
...

As a new mom i was so scared of SIDS and wanted to keep our baby in a bubble to keep her safe! Thankfully a friend told me about the Halo sleepsack swaddle and after doing the research we were just enchanted! Halo is endorsed by SIDS alliance First Candle and has won a bunch of awards for innovation according the site halosleep.com

The sleepsack swaddle wings come off and you have the sleepsack you can use after that! Without the sleepsack from Halo, i couldn't sleep near as well and neither could our little one!

the quality is fantastic and the design is wonderful - not to mention they have a TON of cute prints and different fabrics to choose from. We just ordered the one in the lightweight mesh and it will be PERFECT for warmer weather heading our way!

A++++ item! you will just love it - keeping your baby safe is easy with Halo!
...

My husband and I had lots of the Halo Micro Fleece Sleepsacks. We were first time parents and always worried about our daughter being too cold. I was able to stop worrying when we found this product. It is easy to get them in and out of these sacks and they are always nice and warm without have a blanket in the crib for them to get tangled up in. They wash up easily. The sleepsacks make a great babyshower gift also. I wish I would have gotten one. My daughter was several months old before we discovered these sleepsacks. I think my daughter would still use them if she would fit into them. ...

The Halo Fleece Sleepsack is a great alternative to using blankets. Where blankets can get kicked off or a risk for SIDS, Halo keeps the baby warm all night, safely. The only drawback is the fleece material can sometimes make her too hot, so we prefer to use terry cloth or cotton Halo Sleepsacks. She wears her sleepsack every night and now knows that means sleep time!...

The Halo Sleepsacks are a great way to keep baby warm at night without using potentially dangerous blankets! The zipper zips from top to bottom, so you don't have to completely unzip it to change a diaper - a very good thing if your baby is still asleep and you don't want to wake them. I've seen them in two weights - a cozy fleece for the winter and a lighter cotton for warmer months. There's even a toddler version that has holes for their feet so they can walk without tripping! Definitely something I'd recommend to every parent....

We just had our third child 3 weeks ago. Our previous children are now 6 and 3. Boy, were we missing out without the Halo Sleep Sack.

We discovered it when the hospital dressed our newborn in it. The picture on this site doesn't show it, but the most amazing thing is the velcro "wings" that swaddle your baby. With our two previous kids, we had to wrap them in blankets. I was not nearly as good at that as my wife, but even when she did the swaddling, any movement by the child would cause them to come unwrapped. As any parent would know, once a newborn is no longer confined they will wake up.

The "wings" of the sleep sack keep the baby swaddled all night long. This allows them (and you) to get a good night's sleep.

These are a bit expensive, but they are worth every penny. I guess the Halo company is allowed to make some money off of this great idea!...
