The flowers are awesome and hallmark knows what it does! It transforms the simple things in awesome chic and valuable gifts. I'll always remember Hallmark when buying those type of gifts! Very good taste! A lot of places offer the same sevice, but it's ordinary choices. I mean, at least from the companies I've got flowers so far this is the best!...

When I think of Hallmark...I think of some of the most practical cards. You can walk into a store and find the cutest gift. Yet, when it comes to flowers well they should just let someone else handle that. I have been sent Flowers from Hallmark on a few occassions. I would never waste my money and send to someone I cared about.

The product wasn't anything like what was shown online. The flowers were full of greenery and the flowers were washed away by the overpowering weeds. Had I not taken photos then I would of had no clue that my friends were being ripped off.

The best thing to do when ordering flowers is go to the florist yourself and tell them what you want sent. If you live far away Google the closest florist and call them yourself. Don't trust the photos you see on the internet.

I love www.hallmark.com! I have sent AND received their flowers and gifts and there's nothing to dislike. As a sender, I know that the person will receive fresh flowers that are beautifully arranged. As a recipient, I know the same. I have never had anything but good experiences and I would recommend Hallmark.com to anyone....

I have ordered flowers from Hallmark in the past and usually it goes well but the one time it really needed to be on time it was not. I ordered flowers for my mother in law and the flowers had to be delivered by the next day as she was leaving on a cruise the day after. Hallmark was a day late and delivered the flowers after she had left on her vacation. When I called their customer service to complain I was just offered a coupon for my next order - which will not happen. Since then I've used a different floral company....

I enjoy the ease of buying greeting cards and having them sent out to friends and family directly. Also earning points while doing so. I've sent a few flower bouquets as well, and the recieved loved them. The photo cards are great too. Easy to add your photo to and have mailed out to whom ever....

The flowers I received were fresh and beautifully arranged. The vase that came with them was a delight to behold! I love their holiday vases and this one was exceptional.

I had no reason to contact their customer service since I was pleased with the product.

Note - Hallmark.com frequently has online coupons available so it pays to Google before placing an order. It's also worth noting that Hallmark has a rewards program so it would be advantageous to sign up for a Gold Crown Card before placing an order so that you receive points for your purchase. Hallmark points are converted to dollars and you will receive Hallmark certificates by mail. Gold Crown cards can also be used in any Hallmark store and it's free to receive one. You can sign up for a Gold Crown card online and they will mail you a card. Signing up for the Hallmark newsletter will generate even more Hallmark coupons and special savings codes!

While I love to receive surprise flower deliveries, I very rarely send them myself. Flowers are lovely but are so expensive that I'd rather send something that lasts longer or is more enjoyable, like a basket of LUSH or a fruit bouquet. However this fall I've had four occasions for which I needed to send something but food or LUSH was inappropriate. After doing some research I decided to give Hallmark Flowers a try and was happy with all of the deliveries they sent.

In September a friend had surgery so I sent her a tropical bouquet to bring her mind back to a trip she took to Hawaii. The bouquet came with a vase which was perfect as I didn't want her to have to deal with finding one while recuperating. The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and I had hoped she would receive something that looked similar.
