I often joke that I am not a "real" grown up as I can not stand black coffee... and have gotten spoiled by always wanting flavored coffee creamers. This can get expensive with other brands, so was happy when I saw a "generic" alternative at Wal-Mart. In my experience, this generic is every bt as good as the name brands and I would definately recommend this product!! Great (yummy) way to start the day!

We load up on this product every week when we shop. It has a better flavor than the name brand. It also dissolves well....

I love my morning coffee, and I really enjoy flavored creamers to mix it up a bit. This ameretto creamer by Great Value is pretty tasty. It seems to mix in well, and has a great aroma. However, when I get to the bottom of the cup of coffee the last swallow is always gritty. I am not sure what isnt mixing well, but it is a rather unappetizing texture. I just dont drink the last swallow or two of coffee and go about my way. But I wont be purchasing this brand of creamer much if at all....

Yesterday I had to fill a prescription at Walmart so while I was waiting I browsed the store to kill the time. I came across Great Value Amaretto Non Dairy Coffee Creamer, I had just bought the Kroger brand the other day so I got one of these to compare it with. I did notice right off the bat that it was 30 cents cheaper than Kroger's version so it would be a good comparison.

Just like the Kroger brand this has a wonderful Amaretto flavor to it but thats were the similarities stop. This Great Value version says to use 3 teaspoons per serving which tells me it is a bit more concentrated that the Kroger brand. So to be totally fair I used the same amount I did with the other and that was 2 teaspoons in my cup.

Turns out this was a bit stronger in flavor as compared to the Kroger brand in the same size cup and within just about 10 minutes between the 2 cups of coffee so it wasn't that the coffee got any stronger in that 10 minutes. I then got a third cup......
