NKRAKOW says "The Graco Car Seat suits its purpose with no negatives" about Graco Travel System

The Graco infant care seat works well for any life situation. I own a Toyota economy car and i have 5 people in the car frequently and we fit well even with the car seat in the middle of us in the back. My son can sleep comfortably in the seat. Many seats now leave the baby slumpted over himself when he falls asleep but not this car seat. We use the Warm fussy blanket under him and it works well. The car seat is easy to get in and out of the car, even with my son now weighing 14lbs, as stated he sits in the middle of the car so we have to reach acros the car to put him in and take him out, but it is still relatively easy. The Handle of the car seat is easy to lift up and put back so as to be out of the way. The diameter of the handle is nice, easy to put toys on and off it, some places i wish it was thinner so that toy handles fit on it easier, but i know it needs to be thick so there is good support when picking up the car seat.
...

The Graco car seat/stroller sets are an awesome idea. This way when parents are expecting a baby they don't have to go out and try to find a stroller and a car seat that match. All they have to do is get one of these and they automatically match. Plus if you have a small baby that doesn't quite fit in a stroller yet you can strap him or her in the car seat and it sets right on the stroller. These strollers are good even when the child is to big for the car seat. My neice is ten months old now and when she was younger my sister would put her in the car seat, put it on the stroller and take her for walks. She loved it. My nephew who is two now also loves riding in the stroller to go for walks. All summer long he wanted his mom and I to take him for atleast one walk everyday even if it was raining. If it was raining he would ride in the stroller and we'd splash him with the water from the puddles. If he wanted to go for a walk but didn't want to get very wet we'd put the...
...

The Graco travel system is great! It's lightweight and compact, so I can easily take my baby out and about. However, it's also very sturdy! The price was very reasonable, and definitely worth it! The car seat was very simply to install, and comes with an infant head support and should strap covers, making it comfortable for baby and keeping them snug and secure. The patterns are adorable! The stroller is also wonderful. It's lightweight so I can get it in and out of my trunk with ease. The release to fold the stroller allows you to only use one hand which is great, because as a mom it's very rare to have two hands available at any moment. Another benefit is that the stroller folds up instead of down. This keeps the fabric from touching the ground and getting dirty! This has proven to be very important during a trip to the store on a rainy day. The size of the system is also desirable. It's small enough to easily get through the aisles in stores and very easy to manuever! It features an...
...

Our baby was 7 pounds and small at birth and the car seat was soft and comfy enough for him. It was sutrdy and easy to carry him arround in the seat if we needed to.And we took the baby to our friends house it worked as a bouncer/rocker for him for a little while. Our Son is 16 months now and we are still using it. It is hightly recomended to keep the baby in a rear facing position so Its nice that the car seat is good till 22 pounds so we can use it till he is atleast 18 months old . The stoller was very well made and had extra grooves for his bottles and cups.It was slightly on the heavier side for me to get it out of the car by myself but i guess it probably last longer because of the sturdier build.I like that the wheel locks are easy to manage and it easily collapsable unlike some other brands we had looked at. Over all I think we made a good decision. Its a quality product a must have and the price on it is also not too high and will last for a while and probably more than...
...

I really like the Graco Travel system. I have a 16 month old and I bought the travel system for her. The travel system included the stroller and the carseat. It has a cute pink plaid pattern on it which makes it look very girly. I have never had any problems with the car seat or the stroller. It has been handy to have it so that the car seat just clicked in the stroller so when i went somewhere I did not have to worry about carrying the heavy car seat. It is very easily accesible and not too heavy. Now she is out of her car seat, but I still continue to use the stroller for her. I also have 6 month old twins. I purchased the double stroller from Graco and two car seats from graco. It is nice to have the double stroller. The life of having 6 month old twins and my 16 month old daughter it is nice to have the graco travel systems. It has saved me time and money. I would definately not choose any other brand.
...

The care seat base made putting our daughter in the car easier than I could have ever imagined. I loved how when we were out then we could just take the car seat and click it into the stoller. No more having to move a sleeping baby. We are planning on using a travel system for our next baby and recommend this travel system to all new parents or even parents who are looking for something new. It was very easy to clean and we had a great neutral color, which is what we were looking for. The price was great for us too, we are a lower enlisted military family and are on a budget. The one hand fold stroller is great for when your hands are full. The stroller is lightweight but durable. This travel system went all over Europe with us.
...

My husband and I shopped around quite a bit before deciding on the Graco Traveling System. We wanted a car seat and a stroller that fit our budget, was attractive, would be comfortable for our baby, and fit our traveling needs.

The pros of this System: Easy Transporting, Great Saftey Features, Comfy, Nice Looking. Great for Preemies!! Stroller folds up nicely and not too complicated.

The cons of this System: If you have a large baby it might be better to invest in a convertible car seat, my stroller didn't navigate well: though my sister in law has the same system with different colors and bought from a different retailer and hers works fine. Stroller is sort of bulky and heavy.

This Graco Travel System fit all of the above criteria. We paid under a $200.00 for the stroller and car seat. It was awesome for our baby because he was very small and he fit nicely. Also we didn't have to worry about waking him up when we moved him from carseat to stroller since we do a ton of shopping and moving...
...

I have owned my graco travel system for 18 months now. My daughter is very petite so at 18 months she is still in the rear facing car seat. She has always fit comfortably in it and it is very easy to adjust the straps. She seems to be very safe although we have never gotten into an accident I think it would offer for alot of protection. I got the brown/tan checkered fabric so it was unisex in case we had a boy next and so it matches everything. The only problem with the car seat is that when she was a newborn it wouldn't recline enough and her head was always bent to the side or even forward. So we sat in the back with her and held her head for the first few months. The stroller is good. It can be folded and unfolded with one hand once you get the hang of it. Even I can do it and I'm 5'0 and pregnant. But the restraints in the stroller are not very good. Okay for an older child but very easy for the baby to slip downwards. The wheels are also very wide and it is hard to navigate around...
...

The "Tango in the Tongo" carseat/stroller travel system is a great deal and is offered at a great price! It looks even cuter in person than it does online, and works great. It's easy to assemble (I had my twelve year old brother put it together while I monitered what he was doing). Being that it's green it could be used for a boy or a girl and the animals on it are adorable! As soon as I saw it online I knew that I wanted it!!! My son looks absolutely adorable in it and the head rest supports his head very well! And being that it is a travel system, the carseat fits perfectly on the stroller and is easy to take off too. It's also very easy to take the padding off to clean it, and it's easy to put back together. With my other two sons, when I would take their carseat cover off to clean it, it would take me a long time to figure out how to put it back together so the ease of this seat was a great surprise! It's also very easy to adjust the straps and readjust as they grow. I recommend this...
...

I liked the price of the carseat. The design was ok; I was mainly looking for something that could fit boys and girls. I feel that the green plaid did that. It is really easy to keep clean. It is very versatile. It is easy to put carseat in the base while the child is still in the seat. It is easy to pull out. There is some difficulty getting the handle forward since I have to press both red buttons in while pulling. My children are bigger so they tend to reach the weight limit around 9 months which leaves me with another three months to be able to turn them around. They seemed to be a little squished too because their legs are longer than the average child too. Sometimes I am afraid that I will bump their foot while going through doorways. I do like the rubber grip on the bottom because we have placed the children on the counter or table to strap them. The wieght of the car seat itself is nice because its compact and lightwieght. As I mentioned earlier my children are above average in...
...

The Graco SnugRide infant car seat is a perennial favorite with professional and parent reviewers. The SnugRide gets top marks for ease of use and trouble-free installation, fares well in crash tests, has EPS foam for support and comes in a wide array of styles and colors. On the downside, some user reviews say the fabric is not very breathable. Infant car seats double as baby carriers, meaning you can take a sleeping baby out of the car without waking her. Parents say that, at 7.5 pounds without the base, the Graco SnugRide is easier to carry than most infant seats. One limitation is that the Graco SnugRide accommodates babies only up to 29 inches long and 22 pounds. The Graco Infant SafeSeat Step 1 (*Est. $130 to $185, depending on model) can accommodate babies weighing up to 30 pounds.

For infant car seats, two reviewers are consistent standouts: ConsumerReports.org and Baby Bargains (a baby-gear book). ConsumerReports.org rates the Graco SnugRide and 10 other infant seats according......
