I used to use disposable razors religously, because I thought they were the cheaper alternative to buying a razor, and having to buy new blades for it constantly. I bought this Venus Breeze and I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner! The moisture strips do make a huge difference. I still usually use shaving gel on my legs, but if I am in a big hurry and just want to spot shave, I don't have to use the gel because the moisture strips do the trick! Only downfall is they do fall off after a week or too. But long after the strips are gone, the head still shaves! I have left one on for MONTHS (and I shave EVERY day), and it still shaves great. I have stretched them more than most I am sure, but it proves that it can be a cost-conscious decision. At the rate I change them out, they are not any more expensive than a disposable razor! I absolutely love the way it shaves, and the fact I hardly ever get nicks and cuts because its shape forms to those hard to reach spots!

I really love Venus Breeze razor. I have tried many many different razors and this is the one I prefer over all other I have tried. It is great at getting down to the roots and helping you have smooth legs for longer. I am a busy person running after my daughter and trying to have the house perfect for my family and well shaving has turned into a luxery because I dont have that much time in a day. I like that this razor keeps the hair gone for longer and when I am in a rush I dont have to worry about razor burn or cuts. I have very thick dark hair and had some razor leave behind shadows that i had to go over and over again with the razor and that is not pleasant so these are perfect for the women who have thick dark hair and just as great if you have fine hair as these wont hurt your skin. I have referred a few friends to use this and they love it just as much as I do. It truly is a great product.

I recently purchased the Venus Breeze because I was trying to save money with the coupons I had. Plus, I didn't want to keep buying shaving gel to go with my razors. I don't need one more thing in the shower! I really like my new shaver. It comes with three blades and 2 thick strips of a gel bar filled with shaving gel, located on the top and bottom of the razor. There is no need to apply shaving gel...just add water! I usually cut myself at least once with my old shaver in the most open places where you normally wouldn't cut yourself. With my new Venus Breeze, I am down to only nicking on my knees or around my ankles, and even then, the cuts are few and far between!! It is worth the money and time to find a coupon for this product!

The only negative thing I would comment about this product is that is comes with a bulky container (which holds the other blades). If they could make that more sleek, it would be bar none the best out there.

After using a Schick razor and being frustrated with the results, I purchased this Venus Breeze razor. I absolutely love this razor! It is very convienent. I can use it every morning and it lasts three to four weeks before I need to change the blade. It has moisturizing strips above and below the blades. This really helps me out because I am a dry skin sufferer.

Replacing the head on the razor was a "breeze." It was very simple and only took a couple seconds. The price was also reasonable. When I purchased this razor it was on sale. Proctor & Gamble always has excellent coupons on this as well.

I have tried lots of different razors. Disposable razors aren't much cheaper and don't last nearly as long. Other razors have a moisturizing strip but still leave my legs dry afterwards. This is not the case with the Venus Breeze and I would highly reccomend this razor to busy women looking for silkly, smooth legs!

Venus razors are on the expensive side, but I've had very good luck with the Breeze. I thought the five blades would be a little excessive, because I used a razor with four blades for a long time before buying this one. I was very suprised with the results! My legs felt super smooth, and I have very coarse hair on my legs. I felt like the shave lasted much longer than a normal shave, which was a great result! I recommend buying the handle when there is a special, as you will probably get two or three free blades, and then buying the pack of eight replacement cartridges (even though they are really expensive - I think they are around $25 for the eight pack!) because then you get each cartridge for the cheapest amount. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product, although I do with that it would cost a little less. I know disposable blades are much cheaper, but they do not provide as close of a shave or have nice moisture strips.

When I lost the razor that I had been using for many years and found that they were no longer making that razor any longer I had to find a new razor to replace the one that I had lost. I went through several brands and I was very disapointed to find that none of the newer razors worked nearly as well as my original razor had. I finally came across thr Venus Breeze and found it to be the closest to what I was looking for. I liked the way it looked, it has a very nice multi-color look and is sleek in style. I found it easy to hold on to because of the non slip handle so it does not slide when wet and soapy. I also liked the how easily replacable the blades were. I thought that the blades were a little expensive though and they went duller a lot sooner than the razor that had been dicontinued, but they were still better than the other razors that I had tried that were now on the market. I will continue to use this razor until I find a better one.

The gillette Venus Spa Breeze razor is a great little razor. It features 3 blades, shave gel bar and smells great too. The gel bars make it so you don't have to use shaving cream, saving money, while giving off a pleasant smell. The three blades help give a smooth shave while helping to prevent ingrown hairs. Also the packet comes with two shaver heads and a nice holder that can be mounted to the shower wall. This razor is for women and is pink and silver. This is a really good razor all around. It is a good value for what you get. The scent that it comes in is white tea which is a very refreshing smell. All you have to do is wet the razor and the gel bars are activated to give you a close and smooth shave. I would recommend this over disposables because I just recently switched from them to this and the blades are much sharper and last longer. Also they don't cause ingrown hairs like the disposables do.

I found some Venus 2 in 1 razor replacement blades on sale and bought them, since I had the original Venus before and all the razors in the Venus line are interchangeable. I LOVE them. I have used other razors in the past that also had the solid shaving gel, but after the first use the blade would sink so far into the soap that it was impossible to actually shave with it. these, however, last for several shaves and glide smoothly over your wet skin. I have very sensitive skin and so I still use a shaving lotion with this the majority of the time, but even when I was out of the lotion and so just used the razor alone, My skin was smoother and less irritated than if I had used a regular Venus (or any other) razor. My only complaint with this razor is that it is rather large due to the thick strip of shaving gel, making shaving small or tight areas slightly more tedious, though by no means impossible.

venus 2 in 1 breeze. (razor cartridge), it looked like a great idea.i still really didnt't see it until it was on clearance but none the less,it was still about seventeen dollars ($17) i mean really shave your legs and such without having the trouble of having to add shave gel/ lotion or soaps. so i coughed up the extra bucks thinking i would save money in the long run on shaving gels, creams and lotions. i ended up with something that took away my time (which ladies i'm sure you know as a mother is very important) and my money. i wasn't impressed at all, not only did i have to shave over and over again on the same spots but it left my skin very dry. using it on your underarms? forget it! that was useless and its handy little built in moisturizer? again useless!it didn't work on the underarm area if you use deodorant (surely you do!) i was left half hairy and itchy on my legs. i kept trying and after a few uses the moisturizer didn't seem to even work. end results..half hairy, dried...

I rarely buy the "newest" "best" razor out because they are always the most expensive. I had a coupon and the gillette venus breeze razor was on sale so I decided to take a chance and get it. Especially since I read the package and it had a great smelling scratch and sniff sample, and it also said I wouldn't have to get any shaving gel, which I hate using because it always seems to fall into the tub and hit my feet anyway. I started to use it in the shower and immediately noticed the first swipe over the strip you are shaving feels like you are dry shaving. After that, the shaving gel strips start to kick in and it feels okay if you go over the same spot. To me, you shouldn't have to go over the same spot with a brand new razor. Then you move onto another strip and it feels like razor burn again. Another problem was that I cut myself several times because you can't feel when the razor is on skin. The only other problem I had was I only shaved twice and it is already worn and scraping my...

I have nerve dammage on my left leg, and because I can't feel my leg, I can't use a razor on it. I have been using electric razors for 17 years because of this injury. My friend introduced me to the Venus Spa Breeze Razor, and I will never go back to electric again!!! Not one single nick or cut on my leg. Not one bit of discomfort from the Venus. The Gillette Venus Breeze 2 in 1 Razor for Women was a disappointment to me. Venus razors are rather pricy, so I was expecting a truely exceptional razor, but that is not what I got. I do not see any advantage this razor has over less expensive choices (like Bic Soleil). It didn't give any closer of a shave and I nicked myself sever times, something I don't do on a regular basis with other razors. The moisture strip doesn't seem to work any better than those on other types of razors. I certainly couldn't use it without a seperate shave cream- which is the whole idea of the two in one razor. And I didn't find the scent particularly "soothing."

So in conclusion, I recommend that you save your money and do not buy the Gillette Venus Breeze 2 in 1 razor. Find a different razor that costs less or works better. This model is too expensive and offers no true advantages over other types of razors.

after trying many many different razors over the years I have finally found a razor I plan to keep using!

The Venus 2-in-1 actually lasts me for a bit before becoming dull, and while I think they are a bit pricey for cartridges .. I still spend less. I no longer have to buy shave cream .. which more often then not, dried out my skin.

Its also one less step in the shower, and with 3 little kids, shower time is in short supply. I have also noticed I have less under arm razor burn now too. I don't have to go over the same area repeatedly to get a super smooth shave, so shaving my legs takes less time too.

The Gillette Venus Breeze 2-in-1 is a razor that I will not be buying again. I tried it because I had a coupon for it and with the summer months and pool and beach time upon us, I couldn't skip shaving my legs! Even with the coupon the product was more than I usually pay for similar products, but I was hoping that I would get what I paid for and that the value of the product would be matched with its performance. I also really thought that the bar of cream surrounding the razor would cut down on shaving time and that I wouldn't need to use an additional product such as shaving cream or soap. Boy, was I wrong. Rather than cutting down on time spent in the shower, I actually ended up spending more time washing off the slimy residue that the aforementioned cream surrounding the razor left on my skin. In addition, the cream actually made it more difficult to shave as it was so thick and I had to press the razor down much harder than I like on my skin in order to feel like I was...

Venus Breeze is one of the best razors on the market. I no longer have to purchase shaving cream since the Venus Breeze has the built in shave gel strips. They cost a little more that other razors I have used in the past but now I do not have to purchase shaving cream. So this helps keep the cost down. The Venus Breeze also gives you a great close-up shave. I have extremely sensitive skin so there are many razors and shaving creams or gels that I am unable to use because it causes my skin to break out. This is not the case with the Venus Breeze - it has been great for my skin. The wonderful thing is now they have this razor in a disposable form so this will be so useful with traveling. The Venus Breeze will also be helpful when traveling on an airplane since you won't have to worry about the shaving cream can.
