As a middle aged consumer, I am very conscious of product utility versus costs. Due to almost daily nicks from disposable blades and additional encouragement from siblings, I purchased a Mach 3. Being somewhat of a "squeeze water from dime" individual, I get the max use out of my purchases. I can honestly claim that for a relatively small cost increase over disposable blades the Gillette Mach 3 is superior as nicking is unheard of. I have a tough middle age facial growth and I get super close shaves from individual blades. Usage varies slightly but average 4 shaves per cartridge before noticable decrease in quality of shave is apparent. I have purchased a large quantity of cartridges on 'E' Bay and have substancially increased my utility versus costs but would have had no qualms about restoring stash at regular grocery store prices. The main complaint is my kids (who shave) were robbing my stash and disposing cartriges after one use. The Mach 3 is the best performing...

I just love the Schick Mach 3 disposable razor. I've tried all different kinds, but the Mach 3 gives me a very nice shave with only the first swipe on my legs. Other single or even double blades just don't do the trick. I also like the gripper handle. It is much easier to hold onto while standing in the shower. The Schick Mach 3 disposable razor also lasts longer than other single or double razors so I get more shaves out of each razor as compared to single or double razors. When using the Mach 3 razor I have had fewer incidents of nicks and/or cuts. I feel that the Schick Mach 3 gives me a closer shave than other razors, so I don't have to shave as often. Also, because I have had fewer nicks from the Mach 3, I feel more comfortable shaving my bikini area and don't seem to get those bumps or red marks. Oh, and don't forget about the knees....the Mach 3 works really well on knees also!

I will tell you why Mach 3 razor's from Gillette are the best, firstly, they are designed for anyone from a thick beard to very thin, from tough skin to sensitive skin. I have been using Mach 3 Razor's for over 10 years, when i first used it, i knew it was the razor for me, with it's 3 blades attacking my thick beard, i knew it would get the job done. With most razor's i have used, you have to shave up and down, with going with and against the grain, but with Mach 3 i noticed at most times, you don't have to go against the grain, it's sharp, but safe! Yes, it's very sharp, but it is safer than the other razor's because it has a guard, and the guard has a blue strip that will tell you when your cartridge needs replaced, what other razor gives you all of those awesome qualities? None that i have found and tried in the past 10 years! I will remain to use Mach 3 as long as it is on the market, but let's face it, that will be forever. My fiance also uses my Mach 3 on her legs, it's sharp...

I have been using Mach 3 from Gillette and all I would utter at this point in time is that it's matchless. It satisfies my urge to be given the best of shaven looks ever, everytime I swipe it across in smooth fashion my rough raw jawline. I am least bothered about how best I will look before an upcoming event where my presence had been confirmed upon. I feel the presence of my favorite razor, Mach 3, around and that solves any issues whatsoever to do with my appearance. There is not even a single minutest, even-mostly-invisible strand of hair once the razor has done its deed. Men require a reliable razor since its usage is more regular than probably anything else's. Mach 3 from Gillette has turned out to be my best pal and I no longer look at it as though I were looking at a lifeless object. For me, it has life in abundance and I stare at it grinning with hope, optimism and happiness.

I bought the Mach 3 razor for my husband but when I ran out of blades for my razor and really needed to shave, I used the Mach 3. I was astonished at the closeness of the shave that I got and no nicks or cuts, even around the knees and shins. I won't go back to my regular razor.

I just want to express my opion on the Gillette Mach 3 replaceable blade razor. I've been using this razor for years ( around 7) and I've now got 3 different ones ( all Mach) They shave real smooth and close. The blade stay sharp for a long time . It works a lot better then most women shavers I've tried,so I've stuck with the Mach 3 But I really think the replacement blades are way too expensive.

For years I nicked my legs with different kinds of razors. I have scars from shaving my legs from years ago. My legs would be very sore after shaving with different brands-- but the Mach 3 razor is wondeful I first had bought them for my husband to try but then needed one for my self so I use one from the packet. I fell in love, it was the best shave, my legs didnt get one nic, felt smooth all over, and the shave seemed to last for an extra day. The razors are a little more expensive than some brands but one razor last longet than the cheaper ones. This is a wonderful product.

I have been using the Gillette Mach Three razor for a cuple of years now. I prefer this razor over any other. It gives a very close shave. I also like it because my husband and I share this razor and it lasts for a while. It is a good value for both men and women. The only negative comment that I can make about this razor is that the refills are quite expensive. But I guess you pay for what you get in this case. I like to buy the refills in bulk. They tend to be a little bit cheaper this way. I have very coarse hair, and this razor gets a close shave. I like it and I refuse to buy anything else. I would definetly recommend this to anyone who has thick hair. I also like to shave my legs everyday and my husband shaves his face every other day. Another good thing about this razor is that they are very convenient to find. I have seen them in every drugstore that I have been in.

I started buying the Gillette Mach 3 razor with disposable heads when I was in college and I have not looked back. There are some razors that absolutely shred your face when you have to shave everyday, and that does not make for a positive shaving experience. In fact, it's actually a drain on the finances because then you have to buy after shave lotions and all the skin treatment lotions to protect your skin from all the damage that's being done to your face. Not cool, guys, not cool at all.

I actually shave my whole head, cue ball bald, you know? And each Mach 3 disposable head lasts me a month or slightly more. That's pretty stinking impressive given the surface area that's being shaved. As often as I have to shave, it is important to me to have a product that does not have me worrying about ingrown hairs, long sections of removed skin, and nicks all over the place. I have used several razors and the Mach 3 is the ONLY one I have stuck with. In fact, I'll use some space here to say that...

Overall, the Gillette Mach 3 razor is a mostly good razor that handles well and doesn't nick. The only issue I had was that it didn't shave as close as some other multiblade razors that I have used. It is a bit costly also.

I won't use anything else on my legs. These razors are marketed for men, but I'm a woman and I've been shaving my legs with these disposable head razors for years. I've tried other razors, and always get horrible razor burn or cuts. The gel strip is fantastic--doesn't peel off or disentigrate after one use. I get two close shaves for my legs and nether regions out of each razor. You're gonna pay a little more, but you absolutely get what you pay for. I buy the 12 pack which is the most economical.

The pivoting head and the three blades make for a close, quick, and easy shave in the shower. I got tired of buying razors for women that were sharp and bit into my legs. Every one I've tried tore up my skin and left me with some stubble after I dried off my legs. How frustrating! If the Mach 3 is good enough for a man's face, it's certainly good enough for a woman's legs and other special parts. I'll always find a place in my budget for these.

I have tried many disposable razors, and aftera few days the blade dulls and the razor is worthless. Consequently, I ended up wasting too much money buying disposable razors. Finally I decided to invest in a refillable razor, and already I can tell a marked difference. Whereas before I had to use the razor several times over the same area in a concerted effort to try to get all the hair, and would still have to go back and forth with the razor, the Mach 3 is much easier. Of all the disposable razors I have tried Mach 3 is my favorite one. There is defiantly a difference between Mach 3 and other disposable razors. I know it costs a bit more than many disposables, but it is definitely worth paying a little more for. Plus there is usually some special or coupon you can use to get them a little cheaper.

I think Mach 3 gives a closer shave and cleaner shave than most other disposable razors. It doesn't pull the hair - it shaves it right off. I also have very little trouble with nicking myself with the Mach 3. And though I don't have extremely sensitive skin, I have had trouble with some other brands of disposable razors irritating my face. That is generally not a problem with Mach 3. My face feels clean, smooth, and comfortable after shaving with Mach 3.

The disposable razor is comparable to Mach 3 refillable model. It is not quite as good as the refillable - but Mach 3 disposable is still better than some of the competitor's refillable razors.

I went to grocery store to buy replacement blades for my mach 3 razor. I could not believe how expensive they have become. I tried the generic blades similar to the mach 3 blades for a much lower price. The quality of the generic blades were far more inferior then the "Real Thing". Finally I found the Mach 3 razor blades at The Price Club for a resonable amount compared to the grocery store prices. Bottom line is these blades work very well, very close with no chaping. They last a good amount of time compared to other blades of comparable price. You really don't want to give up on quality here if you know what I mean. Search aound for a good price. The warehouse stores like The price club, BJ,s and others seem to have the best prices. You buy them in bulk, 24 I think for a reasonable price. The Mach 3 razors with 3 pivoting heads is by far the best on the market now. You can also shop around on line.

I was suprised to find that this razor was the best shave I've ever gotten. The Mach 3 Turbo razor not only gets a closer shave, it eliminates irritation I've experienced in the past. My skin has never been so smooth!
