Ssshhh... I have a secret! I use "men's" razors the shave my legs even though I'm a female! It started when I got a free sample of a men's razor and I was out of my own. So I used it. And then I bought several more men's razors for almost free at Walgreens with coupons. I've been using the Gillette Fusion Power razors for a while now and love them!

Positives:

-they give a good, close, and smooth shave

-the razor vibrates! Maybe it's all in my head, but this makes me think that I'm getting a closer shave because of it

-you can often get the razor handle that comes with one or two blades for really cheap or close to free by using coupons and combining them with a sale (Walgreens and Target are both good places to check. I get my coupons from the Proctor and Gamble coupon insert in the Sunday paper)

Negatives:

-the replacement blades are horribly EXPENSIVE!!! And I can't seem to find them on sale much. I refuse to spend that much on replacement blades.

fusion razor blades give such a close shave and are so comfortable that I will only use them. I use to only use electric razor because I could not take the razor burn from other blades. once I tried these baldes I got rid of my electric razor. the cost is fair and the outcome and results of this product are well worth the price and my girl always wants to touch my face because she says it is smooth and soft to the touch, and the closet shave that I have ever had to date. that in of it's self is enough to make me continue to but and use this product. I would recomend this product to anyone who has had a problem in the past with cutting your self with a razor. since I started useing this product I have yet to cut myself and it has ben three years since I started using this product. what a relif it is to not have to worry about cutting myself while getting ready for work, and then haveing to put tissue or septic pen on my face to stem the blood flow.

I have used almost every razor out there and I am willing to try others, but right now I am content with my present razor. I'm actually very satisfied with the Gillette Fusion razor. It uses oneAAA battery, that seems to last, to generate a vibrating that is supposed to promote a better shave. Maybe it does. Its got five blades which could be a factor that plays a big part the close shave. Lets just say that its possibly a combination of the two. There is an indicator strip on the razor that lets you know when to dispose and replace the razor. I actually went past the life of the indicator and the blades are still doing there job and well. Maybe with the vibrating the blades are cut easier and not going dull so quickly. On the back side of the razor is a single blade for doing those hard to manage trims. I find this one does a fine job as well. No the pricing is truely the only issue I have but that goes for most/ all good razors. Of course I keep an I out for the coupons and even so...

I have used Gillette razors exclusively since I started shaving as a teenager, so I can't vouch for their performance relative to other brands, but the Fusion is definition the best (even better than the vibrating Mach 3) razor I have used. I have very, very sensitive skin (I recommend using the razor with gillette or neutrogena sensitive skin/aloe shaving cream) and only shave about once a week. In fact, I normally only shave my neck, and shave my whole face with an electric trimmer, using a razor on my cheeks maybe once or twice a year or so when an event calls for no facial hair whatsoever.
Anyways, because i shave so infrequently and have sensitive skin, I need a razor that will work great in one or two strokes, and the fusion always does the trick. I still get razor bumps, but not nearly as bad as I have had in the past. I even shave WITH the grain b/c of my sensitivty, and the fusion still does the trick.

Overall, recommended, though and I dont think its worth it to spend the extra...

I first saw the "Gillette Fusion Razor" advertised on television by Tiger Woods and thought a celebrity endorsement. Oh, I love Tiger Woods, but big deal.

In the Sunday paper there was a $4 coupon so I said alright I'll buy it. I purchased the "Gillette Fusion Razor" for my husband, but one day I used it and this is a wonderful razor! Glad I bought this.

The closeness of the shave I got was unreal. My legs and underarms were so smooth! Those four blades really work. Amazing! You want smooth legs this is the razor for you. Yes, I do realize this is a mans razor, but it shaves and makes my legs and underarms smooth.

Place this in your record book, I have never gotten a nick or cut from this razor!

Now, for the sticker shock! Whoa! Purchasing the replacement blades for this razor will break the bank. I have never spent so much money for replacement blades. They give you a $4 coupon for the razor itself then give you a $1 coupon for the replacement blades. The blades cost twice as much as...

I've tried many different razors and always fell back on men's razors for superiority in quality and performance. I used to use the mach 3 Razor until the Gilette Fusion came out - I'll never go back to anything less by choice.

The Gillette Fusion Razor is the best razor I have used to shave my thick beard hairs. Most other razors get dull very fast and then tug and my hairs making it very uncomfortable, but the Gillette Fusion Razor stays sharper longer and provides a much more comfortable shaving experience. I would definitely recommend using the Gillette Fusion Gel with the Gillette Fusion Razor for the maximum comfort shave. I used to dread having to shave, knowing the discomfort and cuts other razors gave me, until I found this high preforming razor, and now I shave everyday for a very professional look. The next step for me is to try the Gillette Fusion Power Razor, because I think that might be the only other razor out there to give a better shave. I think that the multiple blades with the other features is a great design for a very efficient shave. The only down side to this product is the price, but I am willing to pay for a high quality shaving experience.

The Gillette Fusion Razor is a worthwhile product which delivers a good close shave. With the open back, it prevents the clogging of the blades with whiskers and it has a good grip on the handle. It also has multiblades and an aggitation strip that helps lift and pull whiskers in order to produce a closer shave.

I have been shaving for the better part of almost thirty years now and have tried them all. I use to shave using shaving cream after I would get out of the shower but as most people can agree with, it takes longer in the morning. I then thought to myself why not eliminate a step and shave while I was in the shower. Well that worked for awhile until it came to me thet when I would put the shaving cream on it would wash away before I could even start to shave. So I got rid of the shaving cream and just use an exfoliating body wash right before I take to the razor. Now I have tried many, and I mean many razors but the Gillette Fusion is the BEST. I also shave my legs and chest hair with the same razor and I have never had a razor perform like the Gillette Fusion. It glides across my skin with no problems and the razor blade actually stays sharper then full pack of disposables. It is by far the best razor on the market right now.

The Gillette Fusion razor is the best multi blade razor on the market. This is the standard model that does not use battery power to give a close shave. It does not need battery power to accomplish its extremely close shave. The handle is no-slip and very comfortable to grip while shaving, even with wet hands!! The multi-blade razor head does an exceptional job of shaving without irritation. The indicator strip changes color to indicate that you "might" need to change te blade. In my experince, the blades stay sharp and give you a consistent shave well after the indicator strip changes from green to white. The included holder is a great place to store the razor and also stores up to four replacement blade cartridges for easy access once you eventually need to change out the blade cartridge. My husband has shaved his head for years. He has used other razors in the past, but once I bought him the Gillette Fusion razor, he won't use anything else. He loves that it takes less time and doesn't irritate his scalp at all.

I know what you are thinking, the gillette fusion razor is for men, but I have yet to find a women's razor that can compare to it. I love this razor because it leaves my skin so incredibly smooth and soft. I have never cut myself, gotten razor burn, bumps etc. since using this razor. It is great for your legs, your underarms, and even your bikini area. I don't care what my boyfriend says about it I will never use another razor. I only wish that i had discovered the gillette fusion razor sooner. :)

The Gillette Fusion Razor is great. I am female, but this is my favorite razor ever. Alot of women's razors leave a light stubble on my legs, but this gives me a smooth close shave everytime. I never have to go over an area twice. It gets the job done the first time. I hardly ever get a knick or cut myself with this razor. It makes such a difference having 5 blades instead of the usual three. I can use one blade for several months before it gets dull. This is a nice feature because the blades are pretty expensive to me. It's worth it because of the amount of uses I get out of them. I am always finding coupons in the paper for blades so that helps off set the costs some. It also seems to be good for sensitive skin. I get less dryness from shaving with this razor. I'm one of those people who hate the hassle of shaving. This product seems to help me shave less often. I can't imagine another razor coming out that is better. This is the best razor I have ever used.
