I received a free coffee maker when signing up to buy there coffees. I liked the coffee maker. Very stylish. It didn't last long. The burner burned out and so did the display. I do continue to buy there coffee, which I love.

The Gevalia 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker is not only pretty enough to sit out on the coutertop, but is so easy to use. I had heard of Gevalia but never tried their coffee until recently. The flavors of coffee just sounded so good to me and since I don't drink anything with caffiene, it was nice to have the option of different favors of coffee in decaf form as well as regular. The coffeemaker was actually free with my order of their delicious coffees. I have to say that I was really impressed by the quality of this coffeemaker, especially since it was free. I like the convenience of the coffeemaker being programmable. I used it recently when I had the ladies over to play cards; I was able to put the coffee and the water in the coffeemaker ahead of time and program it to come on a little later. I could chat and mingle with my guests while the lovely aroma of freshly brewed coffe filled the house!

Okay, I will never use another coffee maker ever!!! I got my Gevalia coffee maker through their little special that they send out all the time. You get the coffee maker and two one pund boxes of their coffee at your choosing for ten dollars. So I order my coffee maker (I got the stainless steel one) and two boxes of the Moca Java that they have, and I really did get all that for ten dollars which is an awesome deal in itself. The Moca Java coffee is excellent by the way, I get regular shipments of it now. The coffee maker itself looks great sitting on my counter. The coffee brews fairly quickly compared to other coffee makers I have had (which have been many). It has a clock on it and you can program it for your coffee to start brewing at whatever time you want it. Great to wake up to the smell of coffee!! It's very easy to take the lid off the pot and the basket out so that I can put it in the dishwasher for cleaning (it gets the pot spotless, no more coffee stains).

I received my Gevalia 12-cup programmable coffeemaker, and am very happy with it. It comes in 2 choices of colors, so it will match any kitchen....and it is very simple to use, no complicated instructions, I love the fact that I can now program my coffee to start and be ready when I wake up in the morning, and don't have to worry if I accidentally forget to shut it off, because it will go off automatically in 2 hours. The "stop brew" feature is great...if you want to grab a cup before it is finished, it will stop and continue when the pot is replaced. No more messy spills to clean up! And I like having my basket and grinds in a totally separate place, not near the pot. It is very easy to clean and has a touch/lift lid on the glass pot, which I like since it does not come off. The cord stores away if you like, so you don't have it laying on your counter top. All in all, I love my new coffee pot, making coffee is so much easier!

The Gevilia coffee maker is easy to use. The timer makes getting fresh coffee inthe morning a nice deal. Any coffee can be used in it.

Years ago I signed up for Gevalia Coffee Club to get their 12 cup coffee maker with auto brew and pause and pour feature because it was pretty and looked expensive but wasn't. I have used it at home and also brought it to my 'Juice Bar' business that I owned for 1 year. (location was bad) This coffee maker has lasted a lot longer than I expected. I drink coffee every morning and afternoon. I brew tea with it, make hot water with it for hot chocolate. One thing I did wrong...I forgot to flush clean it occasionally. I remembered when it began brewing realllllllllyyyyyyy slowwwwww and making serious gurgling noises. My girls and I were talking about what could be wrong with my coffee maker when my youngest (20) began counting back to when she first remembered seeing that coffee maker. "Mama, we had that thing since living on Westfield Rd! That's at least 10 years! "Oh WOW" my oldest chimed in, "Maybe you just need to run some vinegar through it."

I have used my Gevalia for years, and I think it is a great coffee maker...Easy to keep clean, and reliable. I am not a major coffee drinker, but when I want it, Gevalia delivers. I actually broke the first carafe, and called and they sent another whole machine, for free!! I thought that was AWESOME. And I like the coffee, too. The creme brulee rocks my socks.

this maker does a pretty good job. Kind of bulky comared to newer brands but works well....

I got involved with the Gevalia program, and did get to try some really excellent coffees, although the price per use was what I consider pretty high for a product that was packaged and sealed and then sent to me...I prefer to get things fresher if I can. Anyway, part of my package membership was the coffeemaker, and I was certainly excited about a new coffee maker-embarassing to say that my old Mr. Coffee was older than my son....so when it arrived, we anxiously unwrapped and removed it from the carton, only to discover that the coffee maker was part of the program, but the filters were not. Had to make a run to the store before my morning coffee in order to make coffee...not an auspicious beginning. They couldn't even throw in one single filter to give you a sample of the size and type which work best....I purchased my paper filters, and was somewhat distressed by the amount of grounds turning up in the bottom of my pot...After reading the manual, I discovered that the permanent......

This is a great coffee maker with all the basic features, but if you don't push the carafe back all the way or the filter canister, it makes an enormous mess ! I got it free with membership, so its worth it, but I would get my money back if I had to pay for it.. Go for an upgraded model......

I got this coffee maker free by purchasing 2 boxes of Gevalia coffee. The company was true to their promise. The coffee maker was free with no other obligation than the 2 boxes I originally bought! It's easy to program and it's a great coffee maker....
