I love my kids, but sometimes keeping everything straight gets to be a bit much. Between figuring out what cars go to which sibling to who gets the blue toothpaste, it gets frustrating...fast. Thankfully, Gerber has created a cup to help make a parent's life easier using just color.

How It Works

Simply pour a cold liquid into a clean cup (it's not required to be clean - just general advice though!) and watch the cup as it changes colors. Give to your child and you're set. As long as that cup stays that color, you know that the liquid is cool. In the summer it's especialy handy to ensure that your child's milk or water doesn't get too warm.

The Pros

I have to say first - we have so many of this cup that I think we are set until my kids have kids! These cups really are great:

1) They are really fun to use - the kids want to use them and they can really easily master them. My kids get excited when they see them being placed in the dishwasher because they know they can use them again!

These cups are great. Over three children, I've tried many, many different brands of cups. These are by far the best. They don't leak (a lot of other "no leak" cups do). My 13 month old carries it around, throws it down, shakes it....and nothing. I saw another review that said if you don't insert the piece properly, it will leak.....but any cup is going to be like that. If you don't put it together right, it won't work. It just takes a minute to push the white piece in, and then you're mess free! We had some friends come over with their first little one a couple weeks ago. They asked about the cups. Said they had tried another brand, but it had leaked all over. I picked up Ric's cup full of milk, turned it upside down, shook it - and nothing. They were impressed.

The Gerber Color Change Spill Proof Cup is that absolute best of all the sippy cups available. I have tried TONS of them and these are my favorite. I HATE the ones with the straws because my little guy learned how to flip the straw and splatter untolds amounts of beverages in the most annoying places. I still find splatters a year later.

Gerber Childrens Products Fun Grips Color Change Spill Proof Cups are an alright product but in my opinion they fall below average. All sippy cups seem to leak after so long but some leak quicker, and The Fun Grips Color Change Spill Proof Cup falls in the quicker leaking category. Fun Grips Color Change Spill Proof Cups are a fun product for children, they change colors. There is also a nice variety of colors to choose from. Its seems like you have to buy theFun Grips Color Change Spill Proof Cups quite often because of the lids. If the company Gerber would make the Fun Grips Color Change Spill Proof Cup lids in seperate extra packaging that would be a better way of getting some peoples buisness. If the customer just had to buy extra lids then the whole entire cup it would cost less to buy the Fun Grips Color Change Spill Proof Cup. A customer can buy a cheaper cup with the same results then the cheaper one is always going to win with the average shopper. If I can buy a cup that looks...

I used these Gerber Fun Grips Color Change Spill Proof Cup for all 3 of my kids .. They are the only bottles that said no spill and they meant it . I have recommended these to my sister and a few of my friends and they all could not believe that they could trust their toddler on their carpets without an accidental leak....

I bought these Gerber cups when my first child, who is now 6 years old, was just learning to use a sippy cup. I was unsure about which cup to buy, and I hated to think that I was spending money on something that I knew nothing about, but I decided to go with my gut and with Gerber's reputation. I wasn't disappointed!

There were two cups in the first pack of Gerber Fun Grips Color Change Spill Proof Cups that I purchased, and I can honestly tell you that we are still using these same cups, (along with more of the same that we have purchased since) today. Unlike several other brands and types that our family tried, these are difficult, if not impossible, to "kill." Others have split or cracked, or their stoppers have broken, or they have had to be washed by hand, but not these.

I also love that these change color as the liquid inside warms. It makes it easy for me to know if the cup has been out of the fridge too long and it's a great warning to me to get it cooled, especially...

My son, Christopher, began drinking out of sippy cups when he was 7 1/2 months old; We first bought Advent "Magic Trainer" Cups... He hated their handles, so we never used them... And he grew mighty fond of these cups... But a month or so later, I was disappointed. Not only were those cups hard to clean, but they became leaky... So I set out on a sippy cup seach, buying cup after cup. Until I found Gerber... My son loved these colerful cups. They're easy to hold for him, and easy to clean for me! I was quite impressed =)!!! And, as a fellow Mom, I'm sure you'll love to know that these cups are fairly cheap, AND Gerber gives out coupons! To even further your savings! But honestly, the best part of Gerber sippy cups is that they DO NOT LEAK! Not like the other sippy cups I've tried... And they're pretty durable! My son just turned 1 year old, a week ago, and he throws them around quite a bit, and they stay strong. I would highly recommend this product!!!

I love this sippy cups! Its not just because I am a fan of Gerber but these cups are really just perfect in every way. They have a great grip so my son had an easy time holding even when he was about 10 months old. There are only 3 peices (the cup, the top and the spout) So my husband could use it without a problem :) We even got our daycare to switch to them. I would recommend to any parent these cups infact all cups from gerber.

We first bought the Gerber Fun Grip sip cup when a young neice was coming for a visit in 1999. We didn't want to have spills on our dinning room. We had prior juice spills that we were still cleaning up from months after they happened (clean up but sticky stuff would seep from pad we figured and attack dirt where the spill was) anyways fast froward to 2003 and we have our first child. I remembered the cups we had bought for the niece and pulled them out and they were perfect. My 9 month old daughter was able to hold the cut easily with the shape and textured grip in the middle and the stopper - it's their perfect cup. I have unfortunately found several overturned full cups under the sofa or in the car and amazingly they have contained the liquids so for that I am graceful. Sopresent day we have had a second child and our Gerber Sippy Fun Grip cups are still going strong. We have replaced the stoppers a few times over the years, but these things are indestructibly. I have tried all of the sippy cups and gerber sippy cups are not one of the better brands. The plug comes out too easily for little ones who like to drop their cups. They are easy to hold and tell you if the liquid is still cold or not. I do like that they are dishwasher safe and very easy to clean.

"Cool mom, they change color!" Those were the first words to come out of my boys mouths the first time I gave them the Gerber fun grips color change spill proof cup. The were easy to clean, easy to carry, and easy to hold. They fit in most cup holders, and held up to many dish-washings and washers. To give you an idea, they out lasted my need for them and my three kids. I just loved them!

With our first child, we needed a sippy cup that wouldn't spill. So we bought the Gerber spill proof cup. When we got home we discovered that it changes colors depending on the temperature of the liquid. We loved it so much, we bought another set when our daughter was ready. Now we have 3 kids and we keep multiples of 3 of everything - esp sippy cups. We love them and see them in our future for at least 2 more years. Excellent product....

The Gerber fun grips color change spill proof cup is your typical sippie cup. It holds a lot of liquid, and the advantage is that if your child has milk or something that spoils, you can see if it has warmed up. I have found that Gerber stoppers are more difficult to clean than other brands....

i am a mother of 3. my son is the oldest and he is now 6 years old. i had him when i was 19. so of course your first child you get to try all these products that you dont know if your going to like or not. i think it was the third or forth "sippy cup" we tried and liked. yes the stopper does come lose every once in a while if your child throws it. but for the most part it doesnt leak. it is very durable and last forever. i also like the fact that you can just replace the stopper in the lid without having to buy a whloe new cup. needless to say two more children later and i am still using the Gerber fun grips color change spill proof cup!...
