the only deference of these and the regular ones is the price. these cost .42 cents more at my local target than the regular Gerber foods.

I recentley started my son on step 2 foods and gave him the dha gerber baby food. My son loves the macoronni and cheese and vegatable on and macaronni, beef and vegatable one. We also have tried the fruit medley. He loves it also..

my daughter loves gerber strawberry and granola baby food and i'm happy to feed it to her. it is full of flavor and it has great added nutrients. i love the unique and flavorful food combinations. i love the plastic packaging which is great for throwing in the refrigeraor and saving it for a later time and i also like that it is not as heavy as the glass bottles. i wish gerber would extend this to their organic baby food line. it is very inexpensive and it is available in nearly all grocery stores. i definitely love this.

New to the Gerber baby food market. Introduced was Baby Food with DHA, a fatty acid known to help improve brain development. The DHA additive makes me feel good about the nutritional intake."Since Gerber Baby Food with DHA is new to the market, there is still a limited variety of flavors available but the flavors that are available babies really seem to enjoy. Gerber really does nee to expand the flavors in this DHA catagory because my son these, but with only 3 or 4 flavors to choose from that will get old. I have tried just about every flavor in all the different catagories of Gerber Baby food. My son loves most of them and DHA foods seem to be his favorite. Seriously there needs to be many many more flavors available for the little tummies we have to feed. Although my son doesn't seem to be picky I would prefer to be able to feed him the DHA, but I need more flavors to be available to do so.

Every parent worries at some point that they are providing their baby with all of the nutrition that they need. So when in doubt, I turn to Gerber with DHA. My baby loves the taste of them and I love knowing that she is getting the things that she needs for healthly development - especially brain development. As she gets older and her formula intake decreases, I find that I look for products enhanced with DHA so that she will continue to get what she needs from them. I have actually tried them myself (I wouldn't want to feed my baby something I wouldn't eat myself) and they really are good. In addition to the nutritional benefits, I love that they are in the individual serving size plastic containers that can be reused for other things as well (taking snacks along). The only complaint that I have is that there is a limited number of flavors of the foods with DHA. With as many food varieties that Gerber has, they should expand these selections.

There are great combinations and they taste great. However, I wish there were more choices in the flavors. I don't like to eat the same thing day after day and niether does my daughter. The DHA additive makes me feel good about the nutritional intake in such a small serving....

my six month old daughter was just introduced to the soft food with DHA. She is starting to have very soft bowel movements. I question if the DHA soft food could be the culprit. Her brother who is now 4 did not have this soft food product in his diet, he also never experienced the soft bowel movements. I just think a parent should monitor their child to make sure this is the right diet for their child. As I think it is yummy Gerber DHA step 2 soft food could be too much for a small tummy....

My son has been eating a container of the Harvest Vegetables nearly daily: he loves them. I just read the label for the first time and noticed that the DHA is from added tuna oil. I am not at all happy to see this. I know that tuna is considered to be high in mercury, and I know that heavy metals are stored in the fatty tissues of animals..... therefore, it would seem that there must be a significant amount of mercury in the added tuna oil.

Personally, I do not want to give my son any amount at all of mercury, especially when I know it's present and can avoid it.

I am disappointed and suprised by this and have already thrown away the rest of the #2 vegetables with DHA that I had in my cupboard.

my son loves this food and i must say it tastes good it has dha added to it i think gerber did a great job with this it goes great as breakfeast lunch or whenever, my son LOVES the taste and i love the different flavors it to me gives a good twist and i think gerber hit the nail on the head being new and different
