I received my George Foreman grill as a Christmas gift and at first I was alittle disappointed because it was not one of the new ones with the lift out griddles but after using my grill I love it. I have learned how to make great dishes with my goerge foreman. Sometimes the time of the cooking is different from what the book that comes with my goerge foreman so I had to kind of cook and test until I got use to cooking different foods. The book said to cook the chicken a whole lot longer than what I like my chicken cooked so therefore I learned to cook it less time. We usually cook the chicken breast, boneless, for about 8 minutes and to us that is perfect. I think it makes the best hamburgers as they are so juicy and flavorful. Fish, Chicken even hillshire sausages are great cooked on my grill. My only dislike about this grill is that with out it being the lift out griddles it is harder to clean up after because it is such a large grill. I can cook at least 4 nice size chicken breast...
...

The George Foreman Family Size Grill is an absolute must if you are health conscious like me. The fat just drips off as it cooks, and is incredibly easy to clean. A must have if you need a meal in a hurry, and don't want the fuss of cleaning....

jamiebabcock says "It is the BEST Busy mom kitchen tool I've ever used yet!!!" about George Foreman Grill - Indoor GR30

I am a very busy Mom of 3 kids and have little time to cook a 4 course meal 5 days a week . When I purchased the Mini Foreman it really saved hordes of time spent in the kitchen ! It didn't matter what I was making that day , as long as I had it layed out to thaw for dinner , such as( Chicken Breasts , Burgers , Pork Chops , Hotdogs , and of coarse Grilled cheese or Fried Bologna Sandwichs ) all I have to do is plug it in , it heats to temp in 3 minutes and you throw it on the Mini Foreman and let it cook til done ! In my case I go by smell to know if it is done , but even if you do decide to periodically check it , you still have NO flipping or turning to do at all , because it cooks both sides simultaniously! And clean up takes 2 minutes at most because it is a NON-stick surface . Oh And I forgot to mention that it also cuts your Fat intake too , it has a bowl that I prefer to call a resivoir that sits at the base of the Mini Foreman unit that catches the drippings of what you are cooking...
...
