The George Foreman Lean Mean Grilling Machine is a great product for grilling indoors and also good for getting rid of some of that extra fat that is found on some types of meats. It is good for grilling up different meats, like hamburgers, steaks, pork chops, and even good shish-kabobs. I like it because I cook a lot of hamburgers at my house and this product helps me cut that extra fat out of my diet, the machine's cooking surface is built at an angle so the fat cooks up from the meat and drips down into a tray. The George Foreman Lean Mean Grilling Machine is also great for grilling up sandwiches, such as grilled cheese sandwiches, tuna melts, patty melts, or any other type of hot sandwich. My favorite type of sandwich to make is a black forest ham with cheddar and swiz cheeses on some lightly buttered sourdough bread, the machine toasts the bread pretty good and also heats the inside for a good melt.

I finally bought a George Foreman Lean Mean Fat-Reducing Grilling Machine Grill little over three years ago after trying other grills that disappointed me with just a few uses. I had heard really great things about the George Foreman grill on television and I must say I was curious because it was promoted by a former champion Boxer and I didn't want to be taken in by yet another grill that said it would do things it didn't just because someone famous promoted it and said so... So even though I was skeptical when the George Foreman Grill went on sale I broke down and bought one and got the delightfullest surprise..It worked! And it worked great.It did everything it said it would and then some. The teflon-coated heating surfaces that lead to a slanted surface so fat will drain away from the food being cooked is a plus for people watching their weight or want to get healthy. And you get that grilled flavor in little time since it is a indoor, electrically-heated grill I have had...

We got George Foreman's Lean Mean Grilling Machine first because my husband's cholesterol level was very high, so it has become essential to use olive oil for any cooking and trim off the fat from Everything. This little grill if perfect for lean cooking and making a meal for one or two people. I love cooking up lots of veggies and then having them in the refrigerator to put in sauces, on bagels, whatever. It is really good for cooking chicken breast fillets with fresh whole garlic and don't forget the lemon! You can even use lemon with spring onions which are super grilled on this machine. Clean up is a breeze. At first I thought I would have to worry about the grills but the non-stick grill makes it easy to clean.
