I was in the store the other day and saw that Curves Chewy Granola Bars, Chocolate Peanut were on sale and decided to give them a try. I tried a bite and it was awful. Quaker Granola bars are way better, they are chewy yet have texture. This bar doesn't have texture. It is too chewy and I feel like I'm eating melted rubber. I would say for anyone who loves granola bars stick with what you grew up with... Quaker Granola Bars. Eating good should never taste this bad!
...

I love the chocolate peanut, and so does my daughter. I'm on the weight watcher diet and they are only 1 point each! That's great. Some other brands taste just as good but are alot higher in points. My only problem is they are hard to get here. I'm not sure if Walmart dropped them or they are just out all the time. When I see them I stock up. Don't stop making them. Janice
...

I recently purchased Curves Chewy Granola Bars, Chocolate Peanut. I think it was the first Curves food product I've ever bought. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at its yumminess! If all the Curves snacks taste this good, I'll will definately be being a variety of them.

They remind me A LOT of the chocolate chip chewy granola bars I buy my kids, except that they half 1/2 the calories. ONLY 100 CALORIES PER BAR! They have a delicious chocolate, peanut flavor too. The bar itself isn't all that big, but because it's chewy, you really get to take the time to enjoy it. There's no unpleasant aftertaste, in fact, it doesn't taste like diet food at all. I don't know if I'd be able to tell the difference between this and a regular bar in a similar flavor.

I believe the box had six granola bars in it, and I think I got it on sale for about $ 2.50. So, yes, it's a little more expensive, but anytime you try to eat healthy it seems you pay more money.
...

Gamma says "Low calorie, high fiber snack!" about General Mills - Curves Chewy Granola Bars

Curves chewy granola bars make a nice snack between meals when you are hungry and tend to eat junk. These chewy bars contain only 100 calories, yet they are packed with 5 grams of fiber and 2 grams of protein. Just enough to take away your hunger, yet not make you overly full.

They come in two varieties, strawberries and cream and chocolate peanut. I don't much care for the chocolate peanut, they are okay but to me peanut flavor with granola doesn't taste right. I do like the strawberries and cream, it is quite sweet, but not overly so.

If you are like me and always looking for ways to add some fiber to your diet, give these a try. It's a pretty good way to add some fiber without adding a bunch of calories.
...
