After not-paid-claim troubles with my whole-life Auto Insurance Company, you know in fact, after such an unacceptable service, I had to make a hard decision, and started looking for a fresh, creative, and imaginative company that understands customer needs.
That's when after reviewing different offers for quotes from different companies, directly from the company via website, I found GEICO and decided tpo visit in person a local insurance agent. GEICO staff did improve my understanding of what this company has to offer.

GEICO is a company that cares about its customers; makes the entire auto insurance process easier, because of its excellent Customer Service, they made me feel the perception that it's a company that will take care of me if I happen to get into an accident.
And I'm pretty much sure that everything is going to be easier in order to settle claims with GEICO than other auto insurance companies

Now, since GEICO was not confusing to me or hard to understand at all; It's also not...

Geico has been our auto insurance company for almost 5 years now & we are pretty happy. Our rates even went down recently which is a nice surprise. My only complaint is the fact they do not have a local office here in our area....

After 10 years of being with another well known and reputable auto insurer, I saw an ad for Geico featuring the gecko and found it appealing enough to write down the 800 number to call them.

I had asked my current insurer to recommend ways to reduce my auto insurance given that I had never made a claim or had an accident and I was paying a very high premium, which I could never recover unless I made a claim. They made a small adjustment (and I do mean small), so I decided to shop around by using an online quote engine, which turned out to be a nightmare and did not solve the issue.

My call to Geico took all of 15 minutes and I reduced my auto insurance on a new Mini Cooper by $330 for the year. They asked all sorts of questions to see what discounts I could qualify for and checked that the coverage matched what I had, except for a few extras they added on at no cost such as the car rental coverage.

I had two bad glass chips on my windshield and had it fixed at no cost to me by calling Geico...

I have had Geico now for 4 years have nothing to complaine about have not found a cheaper rate anywhere and they are there 24 7 to answer questions by phone also can access the infor and change info online...

I've been with GEICO for over 6 years now. I had my car and house insured. I had a car accident in June 2009. The other party hit my car from the back at the stop sign. I called the police to have a police report when the accident occurred. My back was hurting a bit and my neck injured. X-rays from the chiropractor confirm everything. I called GEICO within 3 days to state what happened in the accident. After they got my statement, I started to go to local chiropractor. GEICO agent assured me I will be reimbursed for the time off from work with my medical expenses (had doctor's note temporary not eligible for work). DID NOT HAPPENED!!! 30 days later I was informed that I was at fault of this accident cause first call didn't count and the statement I gave them wasn't valid. They said it was a wrong department I talked to, even though when I first called, I talked to customer representative stating I need to file a claim. Long story short, I was paying $145/mo full coverage ($500 deductible),...

I have two cars, fully covered and rental insurance, and towing insurance on both cars and we pay 112 a month for both cars. Have had one claim with Geico and they got our car in the shop the same day, towed it from where it was, got a rental the same day for my husband, and within five days decided our car was total loss and wroteus a check while givign us another week with a rental to get a car. Awesome service and cheapest price all in one.
