Like so many products out there, Burn 60 seems to affect everyone differently. I started taking it 5 days ago on the reccomendation of a friend who loved it. First of all, I have to say ALWAYS follow the instructions when putting any pill into your body! I noticed a few reviews that mentioned adverse affects when they take it in the afternoon or evening. It says on the bottle to take 2 pills before breakfast.

As far as my experience, this pill has made me feel very naseous. I've yet to be able to bring myself to work out because I feel like I just want to vomit. However I do feel more awake and alert than before. The second side effect I noticed was mood swings. I had been in a great mood up until I began taking Burn 60. I had lost 15 pounds and just got a job. On my 2nd day taking Burn 60 I started feeling depressed. I initially attributed it to one of my natural lows that I am prone to. I decided to try Burn 60 after reading a bazillion positive reviews from different websites.

I'm a little over 5 feet tall (pretty short) and I'm also top heavy (big boobs). I just really want to shed 10lbs or more. I'm in the area of 137 and would love to see myself around the low 120s. At my heaviest I've been 152 and at my smallest I've been 131 all within the past 2 years.

I've tried medical weight loss, personal trainer's, gym memberships, diets for dummies, slim fast, to lean cuisines.So needlest to say I am the QUEEN of FAD diets/ weightloss tricks.

I started taking Burn 60 about 3 weeks ago. The 1st time I took 2 pills around 7:20pm before an evening workout. It was the biggest mistake of my life! My heart raced when I worked out my body got extremely HOT and I felt dizzy a couple times doing my cardio. I also tossed and turned ALL NIGHT from all the caffeine. 2 pills = 2 cups of coffee.

Don't get me wrong I like the supplement! Lol Now I only 1 or 2 pending on how I feel in the morning...

I notice a moderate decrease in appetite and some amount of mood/energy level change. Nothing too drastic though, but I guess I'm comparing it to more powerful pills I have tried. What I do notice the most is that when taken 30 minutes prior to my workouts, for some reason I can work out longer and harder than normal--I don't get exhausted as quickly. The pills are kind of big and red and taste like a piece of hot chili pepper. I only take this once a day, as the one time I took it twice I felt sick. I do find it difficult to fall asleep on days I have taken this. No jitters though....

this product was recommended by the store clerck and I was hesitant. However the first week i had a lot of side effects but also take prescription meds, so I continued. Now I am in the second week and have hardly no side effects and increased energy and my mood has been awesome. I think this is worth the initial side effects. I am also starting to notice my clothes are fitting much better in only 2 weeks...
