it has been six months now since we got our fridgedaire professional series double wall oven. this oven replaced a Ge profile that we inherited when we bought the house. We got it as a steal since Lowes had it on clearence because it was a floor model. I love it. my husband has counted at least 16 buttons. I love that you can speed clean (which my husband calls mother in law clean)regular clean, deep clean. both ovens are convectional ovens. I like that the coils aren't on the bottom of the oven. This allows for much faster cleanup after the cleaning process. We got the stainless steal model. It looks sharp and cleans up well. We use the convectional method a lot especially when cooking pork chops. it helps cook faster but more evenly. This is trues especially when doing poppers and french fries. I find that we are using less energy by using the convection method which has helped with our electric bill. We have not had a bad meal yet.

I have a double wall oven that is perfect for people with children. It is harder for them to reach rather than a conventional oven where they are able to pull the handle down.

Allso it doesnt make your kitchen so hot. I can put in a cake off to the side and the cake will bake evenly.

At the moment in my apartment I cook on an electric Frigidaire stove...even though,

I am not too crazy about electric stoves, it does work great. Therefore,I am sold on

Frigidaire appliances. In the future, when purchasing a home, I will put Frigidaire appliances

in the new home.

I've had the Frigidaire Gallery double electric convection wall oven (in black) for over 3 years now and couldn't be happier. Keep the operating manual handy--you'll need it daily for the first month, and frequently after that to remind yourself of the steps for things like timed baking or automatic-start baking.

These ovens are electric. Gas double wall ovens are a rarity. However, some cooks believe electric is better (more even) for baking than gas, and gas is best for a cooktop (heats up fast, turns off instantly). This is the setup I have (electric ovens, gas cooktop). If the electricity goes out, you can at least heat stuff up on the cooktop, although that's not much help when you have a Thanksgiving dinner in the oven, a houseful of guests, and the power fails (don't ask!).

Main features (both ovens):

--Settings: convection bake, convection roast, regular bake, broil, and keep warm. The ovens are fast to warm up; a "pre-bake" indicator appears in the control panel, and the oven emits...

I have never been so happy about a kitchen appliance as I am about this double oven. I don't know how I managed before with only "1" oven! The stainless steel looks so sleek and new and it is so easy to clean. Convection feature is great too. The touch pad is very easy to see and use. It makes me want to bake more!...

Have owned 2 different ranges, two different stovetops, and one other double oven. This one is truly special! Price was pretty good for the quality double oven this is. Thinking of starting up a bakery business I used to have -- I love this oven so much!!!...
