I always wondered if the front load washers were as good as i had heard,so we bought one a frigidaire gallery front load and i adore this washer! It saves water and cleans great i will never go back to a top load!I love it and would absolutely recommend one!!!!!!!!

Its been around five years since we purchased our Frigidaire Heavy Duty, front loading washer and dryer. This washing machine is an energy star product. It has five cycles, its an extra large capacity and is also HE. So with everything else we also save water.

From the moment I first used the Frigidaire front loading washing machine, I was in love. A quiet operating washer able to hold 11 pair of jeans. Queen sized comforters, and I can only quess at shirts and other washables. This Washer and dryer has never let me down.

We purchased our Frigidaire washer and dryer new. While it has been years I want to say we got it at Lowes for just over 1200 dollars for the set. Of course it was on sale. I have never had any problems with this machine, and I can say the same for the dryer. We wear a full range of clothes, from the work in the yard to the I need to look like a CEO today. My Frigidaire Gallery front loading washer is very reliable. I've had it for more than 12 years and have not had to repair anything until this year. It finally needed a new switch of some kind.

It's white porcelain, easy to clean. Stainless interior is almost totally spotless 24/7. The soap, bleach, softener dispenser on the front of the machine is easy to use and pretty easy to clean, not that it needs it very often. This is a full size machine, not compact, and so may not be the best choice in a small apartment, but it is stackable, so that helps.

I like the glass door. I remember when I first got the washer, I wanted to sit down in front of it and watch the laundry tumble.

It saves water and energy. It doesn't use more water than it needs to get the job done. A small load uses a little water and larger loads use more.

There is a presoak, but I usually just turn the machine off when the clothes are well soaked and soaped, and turn it back on after 10 minutes or so.
