We have a 97 F150 with huge miles on it, and it still purrs like a kitten. Its performance, comfy ride and most particularly its appearance blows away the 2006 F150 we bought new, absolutely hated, and traded in for our current Ford Escape.

We get compliments all the time on this truck we now affectionately refer to as "Dino The DinoFord" (for its age) and many offers from others to buy it.

Diligence with maintenance keeps this truck beautiful body-wise and running perfectly, and we expect to keep it indefinitely.

Very fine product from Ford Motors!

fords are lame. ive had a f150 a mustang a explore sports trac and they all have given me nothing but problems. they have cost me thousands od dollars ecspecially my f150 i have replaces the transmission 2 times and engine once, the frame was cracked and they said i am lucky to be alive right now for as bad shape my 97 is in, and that truck was treated good and with care, how sad! ill never buy a ford againa...

I love this truck ! I bought it in 1997, 6 months used. I have never had any major problems with it. The only things other then regular maitenance I have ever had to do was replace the battery and a couple of tires. I get comments all the time about what a beautiful truck I have and it is over 10 years old now but it still looks brand new. It has 87,000 miles on it and runs like new. And if and when the engine ever gives out, I will simply replace it because this truck is just to good to ever get rid of. It comfortably sits 6 adults. It has a 6 disc CD changer and a great sound system. The V8 is great for towing just about anything the average person would tow. It's a great truck that is not only a work horse but looks great as well !...
