This potty is very cool indeed because my little godson had one an it helped him learn to go to the bath room on his on. when he was finished with it we passed it along to me little nice and she love it. her mother said that she would give this a great review and tell any one and every one that she new about this product. by the way my nice was potty trained by this potty to so I guess you can call it the potty trainer for two year olds and three year olds. I love it because it is so ceep and budget wise it want put a strain on you purse.I love the sound and the way it looks. it makes the child want to sit down and try to go potty. well with this chair they will do just that. the light's the sound and the real sound of a flush when they pull the handle. it sound's and looks so real. my godson and my nice learned very fanst with this potty so if you want your child to be trained in a little time then buy this potty.
...

I bought this in hope to make poty trianing a breeze, well it is all but that..

This chair is great looking, I use it in my living room, the only proble that I hate is that it is way too easy for my daughter to pull the tray with the pee in it out.. more time than not she gets up so fast with eagerness to dump the pot that she ends up spilling the pee everywhere and what a mess that makes of the carpet, I have had to buy plastic sheet to put down under the potty to make life easier
...

pietilagirly25 says "I wish it were bigger" about Fisher Price Royal Potty

I love this Potty, but my son is special needs and is older, therfore he doesnt fit on it really well, but the bigger potty scares him. He loves the music, but it goes off at random times. Many times this is in the middle of the night and scares us all half to death. Being that he is a bigger boy he cannot aksways make sure the pee pee is tucked under which can lead to messes. I think that I would like this product better with a typical and younger child....

The potty's price was great and it works fine as a plain old potty....BUT the guard for the boys is always falling down at the slightest bump which means my toddler immediately reaches for it and if he starts to pee he'll make a mess!

Also the music feature is supposed to sing when he pees or poops but half the time he pees and it doesn't go off and half the time he doesn't pee and it does go off!

A bonus it the way it easily converts to a step stool for handwashing.

It's a o.k. potty for the price.
...

I bought this potty in 2004 for my 3 year old son who was learning to go potty. I bought this potty because it was small and easy to store. My son hated the big potty and this made him feel more secure. I loved that it came with the book. To try and get my son to be patient enough to sit on the potty we would read the book and sing songs over and over. When I had my twins in 2004 I used this potty again. Once again my kids loved it. I think it mostly the size is what they like. Also, it is very stable, no tipping over. I love that it is super easy to clean and disinfect. The music was great and the toddlers love it. The only problem I have with the music is that sometimes it comes on when the child has not gone potty. This makes the parent have to check and see if the child went potty and that requires the child to get up and sit back down. Some times I had trouble getting my toddlers to sit back down on the potty because they had thought they went already. ......

bjaeram says "Great idea but a little annoying." about Fisher Price Royal Potty

I thought this was a great idea because it rewarded the kids for using the potty. It is great for the kids but not the adults. It would go off at random times especially when I had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I got scared a few times. My girls also discovered they could put hands, feet, or objects in front of the sensor to make it go off....YUCK!

It is very stable for little climbers. The pan is easy to remove and clean. Overall a good potty chair aside from the scares.

...

Jolie says "Potty time is party time!" about Fisher Price Royal Potty

My son is three and just venturing into potty training land. We have purchased a few items to help the process along (although I am convinced that you are ready when you are ready!) We have the small seat that sits on top of the large toilet, the large toilet itself and then two small pottys. My son definitely prefers the Royal Potty over all the other options. I suspect it is a fairly personal choice, but he likes that he gets instant feedback from the potty. It makes noise letting him know that he was successful in his attempt. Generally, I am not a fan of having him use something other than the real potty (you can understand why!), but if this is my only option, I will take it!...
