The Fisher Price Baby Grand Piano has been a big hit in our house. I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old and they both love it just as much as the other. It has 3 different settings, once for music, one for learning that has color names ,etc. and another one for music where the keys make an actual note instead of just playing a song. There is a "book" attached as well, that has different numbers for the different keys so once the baby is old enough to recognize numbers they can play a song. That helps it be a toy that a younger baby and an older toddler can both play with. It is pretty sturdy, so its good for babies that are learning to pull up and stand holding onto things. There are several different songs, so it doesn't get too monotonous listening to the same song over and over again. Its very bright and colorful and keeps my daughters attention longer than just about any toy she owns. It was a little pricey for a baby toy but well worth it for the use we've gotten!
...

The Fisher-Price Laugh and Learn Baby Grand Piano is by far my one of my 2 year old's favorite toys and it also captures the attention of his older cousins ages 5 and 8! I think it is a great way to introduce instruments to children. He even loves to sit and listen to me play twinkle twinkle little star. I love that there is a setting for the piano to play the songs and to talk about numbers and colors as well. There is so much opportunity for discovery with all the movable gadgets on the back portion of the piano it has several different modes, there is always something new to learn on this product and I see him using it for years to come. The different settings make the toy more on the fun side or on the educational side (still fun). My baby boy gets the playing the piano part of it and will start dancing to her own music! I don't think I have a bad thing to say about it all, except maybe that he may outgrow the height on it before he is fully done playing with it (but it won't stop......

i love this toy, it keeps my daughter busy for hours while i get my house work done. every mom knows how hard it is to do house work and have a child! most toys that you buy are either cheaply made, non educational or children loose interest after some time. Well not this one! it would keep my daughter busy for hours with tons of different buttons that light up and make noise. i dont know what i would have done without it. it wasnt that expensive either. i think it was somewhere in the forty dollar range i could be wrong though. may even be cheaper. i could do my dishes and be in the next room, and i could hear her playing with it. it has an adjustable sound button for those days you want it to be nice and quiet or if you need to hear it while you do the house work. actually one day it was raining and i was bored so i just pulled the toy out and me and my daughter had a blast, i think she did better than i did lol.
...

This toy is by far one of the coolest toys I've come across! I wanted my daughter to learn music at an early age, and this toy has worked out great for that. She received it for her first birthday, and she has just turned two and still plays it regularly! It has a variety of songs on colorful pages, which children can play and sing along to. The keys light up to show them which ones to push. The dancing character seems to come alive as the child plays! It also has a dial you can turn for fun sounds and different music. The best thing about this toy is that it teaches numbers, colors, counting, tempo, opposites, and more. The other great thing is its durability. My daughter sits on it constantly, and it doesn't have even a slight crack. Can't beat that! The price is affordable, too. In the year that we've had it, I haven't had to replace the 3 C batteries yet. Another plus!! Fisher-Price is by far the best brand for childrens toys!
...

The Fisher-Price Laugh and Learn Piano is wonderful! It was given to us as a hand-me-down when my daughter was only six months old. Even at such a young age, she loved it! She would happily sit, pounding her hands on the keys. Now, at nearly a year, it's still a hit! When I pull it out, she'll try every button, flip the pages of the "song book" on her own, experimenting with the different songs it plays, she sings along, dances, bobs her head. It's the one toy I can pull out and know it will entertain her for at least an hour.
I also enjoy sitting with her, changing the modes from music to education to free play.

I'm hoping, as she gets older, the educational aspect of it will be something that helps her. It has the option for learning numbers, colors or notes on the musical scale. Right now these don't mean much to my daughter, but it is fun for me to watch her try to match the colors (she loves to match things!).

There is only one very minor issue I have with this...
...

My nephew is about 1.5 years old and he loves toys that make music... and when he started playing with his new Baby Grand Piano, I could tell he would be loving this toy for a long time! Not only did he play with it for awhile, but so did I before my husband started playing with it too! It seems this toy is irresistible.

The Baby Grand Piano is like a miniature piano! It has 8 numbered keys that are all different colors. The only sad part about that is my nephews favorite number is 9! He keeps looking at the 6 upside down though and saying "NINE" so he seems fine with it :) The 8 keys represent different notes and go up the scale just like a real piano would. In the back there are various attachments for the child to play with, because we all know kids get distracted and need variety. My nephew goes back and forth between the keys at the front and the gadgets at the back. Finally, the piano has some "sheet music" attached and if you play the songs by following the numbers...
...

The piano is great and I love that it makes alot of different sounds and songs and when my little one gets older she can follow the song book. My only complaint is that the legs on it might make it look cute but not practicle. I like to sit her in a bumbo seat and let her play since if she sits in the floor its to tall but when in her seat her legs won't fit under the legs so then its to far away. It either needs to have adjustable legs or maybe four legs instead of three to make it easier to put legs underneath....

We bought this toy for our daughter's first birthday and it was a hit right away. I was afraid that it would not keep her busy for long and since she's now only 14 months, her attention span is still not that long, but she has a fun time flipping through the pages of the songbook and banging on the keys to play a song. She enjoys the music and often bops her head and sways to the well-known tunes of "the itsy bitsy spider," "twinkle, twinkle little star," and "row, row, row your boat." This is a fun, colorful toy, but the only negative (Which is not Fisher Price's fault by any means), is that our daughter loves to climb on it. She is able to stand up all by herself (very proudly and fearlessly, I might add) directly on the keys. No matter how closely we monitor her, the piano is so low to the ground (even a tad low for her, and she is very tiny for a 14 month old- she has to bend down a bit to reach the keys well) that it just takes her a second to get up there. ...

My daughter recieved this toy when she was eight months old. She got a lot of use out of it and still loves to play it now that she's two. This toy is very educational it teaches colors, music, notes, numbers, and even plays songs. There are many different things to do on it. It is the perfect height for a very young child and easy for little hands to play. My only complaints are that after a few months of my daughter banging on the keys(which all babies are going to do) some of the keys began to stick and not work properly. For example the "Re" button on the piano no longer makes any sound when you push it. Also, it could easy tip over on a small baby who is just learing to pull up or stand. Otherwise, I think this is a great and fun toy for any youngster. ...

My little one loves this thing! She is delighted with the sun that moves and all the buttons. It's great that you can switch to different modes so baby doesn't get bored with one or another. She is just learning how to stand and walk (she's 6months old) The only problem is that with my little baby learning to stand she sometimes pulls it over on to herself when she sits or falls back. She hasn't hurt herself, but it does scare her...and me! Still I really reccomend it. She loves it!!...

She likes banging on the keys to hear the numbers and different notes. There is also a setting to have it play whole songs. It is neat how it teaches kids about tempo and singing high and low. It is a cute toy. We are thiking of getting one for our niece too! We have truly got out moneys worth out of it!
...

My 1 year old daughter received this toy from you grandparents and loves it. We had to travel quite a ways after she opened it and we left the legs off for the trip home. She was happy to have such a fun toy to play with in the car. Now that we have it set up at home she goes back to it time after time during the day. The sound quality is very good. Plus she can work on her ABC's. Another fun feature is the top of the piano has many fun activities....
